The staff here are so friendly and understanding! My partner and I scheduled an appointment for 1PM a few days in advance, however the day of the appointment we ran into some car troubles. They fully accommodated us and pushed our appointment back to 2PM so we could still attend our appointment. It was my partner and I's first massage ever, and the massage therapists were understanding and helpful, in which they told us what to do step by step. They also checked in on me and my partner multiple times throughout the massage, asking if the pressure or the temperature of the hot rocks was ok. The massage therapists also listened to our individual needs, as I needed more work on my shoulders and my partner needed more work on her lower back. After we had finished the massage, they gave us complimentary waters and sent us on our way. First time ever getting a massage, and it was AMAZING. We called ahead for walk in availability, but you had to call to make an appointment. They got us in within 30 minutes. They did everything that I could think of. We did the couples massage for 60 minutes ($130) & it was breathtaking. They did not waste any minute! They were so nice to keep checking in on us & making sure we were okay. At the end, they offered us complimentary waters & mints. You do have to pay ahead & then they do have 20% tip at the end. TL;DR Nice people, one song on repeat for an hour, 3-4 star massage itself, got waterboarded from the massage beds and my partner and I nearly had a panic attack because we couldn't breathe for an hour. I feel bad writing this because the people were so nice. Because I came here knowing that there was only one other review, I knew it was a toss up. I had low expectations. I expected, at worst, a weak handed massage. I was so wrong. The massage therapists themselves were fine, if I was rating them just based on their technique I would give them a 3 or 4 star rating. Pretty good. It was the bed that made me give this place a 2 star rating. For one, there wasn't a big enough opening in the hole that your head is supposed to go through, because it is covered by a sheet and paper towels. Because of the size of the hole, your chin/jaw is up against a hard surface and so when the massage therapists are working on your neck your jaw is being ground into the table. The bed was also rock hard, which made some of the massage a little uncomfortable at times. Because of the many coverings over the hole, and the odd size, it was nearly impossible to breathe. This was the main issue. I cannot stress enough how difficult it was-- the air became extremely moist and hot and I was heaving to breathe, all while trying not to be weird about it. Because my face was smooshed in such a weird way, I ended up practically waterboarding myself in spit because I was mouth breathing so hard. I got a couples massage, and my partner beside me nearly had a panic attack and I did too for this reason. They also offer 'tall pillows' for your neck, possibly because they know about this issue with the table, so about halfway through we asked for the tall pillow, hoping that we could enjoy the massage instead of worrying about not passing out from lack of oxygen. The tall pillows, while a mild improvement in the neck department, still suffocated us because it added yet another layer of fabric to the already obstructed breathing hole. Also, they played the same song on repeat for an hour and there were phone alarms and phone calls very audibly going on during the massage. But that wasn't my main concern as I was trying to stay alive. After, I had a piercing headache that subsided thankfully after an hour or so, I believe due to the lack of oxygen I got and the anxiety I experienced. To the business owners: Your massage therapists are good. Keep them. Please, please, please, PLEASE get new massage beds that have a proper breathing hole. Make sure that your massage therapists are checking in with the guests throughout the massage too, so that they have an opportunity to speak up if something, like the hole, is not working. read more

It's a waste of my time talking to them, and it has ruined my day :( What's more ridiculous is that, they resist to talk to me in Chinese, and ask me to talk in Chinese as well. First time there, got a 1-hour full body massage from Nikki(sp?). It was a very good massage, reasonably priced. I found the bed and room very comfortable. I didn't ask for anything special, so got what they give - which was really nice. I'll be going back. read more
