I would give this place NO stars if I could. I am appalled that they are even in business. Not only was the massage terrible but the inappropriateness of the employee was very unprofessional. She made crass comments and did unnecessary touching of areas that she wasn't even asked to work on. The final straw was when she was given a tip she had the audacity to ask for even more of a tip. I couldn't get out of this place fast enough. I should have left as soon as I felt uncomfortable but I was trying to give her a chance. Huge mistake!!! This place is shady to say the least. Nice place and all. But the masseuse kept leaving to attend other people. Waited more time than the actual massage i got. The massage wasn't worth the price i paid. The masseuse would dig in hard on my back. Id tell her to go easy on it because it would ache, and she would lay off, and come right back to digging in hard. Clean place over all. This place was pretty weird. To start there was a huge odor as soon as I came in. I was also told to pay first (cash only) which was odd because previous massage parlors have had me pay after the massage. At the end of the massage the female masseuse asked if I wanted "anything else" for an additional $70 tip on top of the $60 that was already paid for the full one hour massage. The masseuse continued to ask for an outrageous tip in which I kindly declined. 1. Expensive: The price for body massage is now $40 for 30 min and $65 for 60 min! The photo and their website had the old price and now all prices increased but they did not update their website. The tips were not included and you had to pay for tips as well! So it's typically about $70-80 just for a single hour of pour body massage!! It might be because massage service is not competitive at all in such a small town. If you go to a big city, the price should be half and the service should be a lot better! I was a first-time customer. I asked for discount (new-customer, or student discount, or rewards card). However they replied me "No, there's not any discount". They said there was only one card that you can buy 9 times of massage and get 10 min free, which I thought was ridiculous. 2. Service was really really bad!!! I called in and made an appointment at 3pm. I came in at exactly 3pm but they said "sorry" at the moment I opened the door and told me that i have to wait until 3:30pm because the previous customer just added 30 min. Gosh why didn't you call me to let me know so that i did not have to be in a rush?????? While I was waiting, I saw another gentleman came in, then waited in his car and then came in again to ask when he could get started. I heard that he called in and made an appointment at 3pm or 3:30pm (I forgot), but they let him to wait for another 40 min?! He was not happy about that but was still very polite and always said "Okay!". He asked a lot of times and the girls in that center were talking in Chinese very loud and haven't decided. The point is that they were very very bad at making appointments and timing!!! They did not care about customers at all!!! 3. It was summer, but the room was very cold when I had the massage. It was a single room. The front desk, waiting area, and massage rooms were all connected. The massage rooms were just separated but they were in the same space. The AC was cold, and they only put 1 regular towel on the massage bed. It was so cold!!! I went to this massage wanting to get warm treatment but it was super cold and I felt definitely worse and got headache after that! 4. Bad customer service: The girl who massaged me did not communicate with me at all and did not ask me any question about how I felt. I felt awkward and not well treated. I expected better and warm service and a massage that could focus on my neck and upper back issues. I told them to focus on that but they did not seem to. And the massage technique was the worst that I every tried. It was just plain pushing my body and giving me pressure, but my back and neck did not feel relaxed at all!!! 5. The girls were cold and did not smile or talk to you politely at all! Every time you ask them something, they said "our boss is not here." I asked when is your boss going to be here, they said their boss was not there often. LOL seriously!!!! Should a good business be much different with or without their boss? The only explanation was that when their boss was not present, they did not what to do? Plus, they did not have power to decide and ability to communicate and to make appointments? Then why are you still operating when your boss was not present? This is a joke! Customers, stop going there!! They are a really bad "Chinese" massage. A good Chinese massage is not like that! Seriously. 6. It did not worth that money at all!!!!! 7. That girl who massaged me had really long nails and made me feel painful many times!!!! Not acceptable! I want my money back! Massage was good but all I could smell was a bad body odor. The table had a bad stench of body odor that was overwhelming. It was a very dirty place, she kept leaving me to wait on other people. So, I normally don't write reviews, but this Massage center made me so upset that I would give it a try. Short Version: Never Ever Visit this place Long Version: I wanted to get a hour long massage which costs 65$. I gave 80$ cash and asked for the $15 back. They told me they will give me the change once the massage is done. So, the massage started. The girl was awful and the whole massage was so painful. She left the room twice attending whatever I don't know and some other lady was shouting outside of the door, so unprofessional! Even when the massage was complete, they did not give my money back, they are robbers! I asked for the money, the girl argued for a while and eventually gave me back. Despite this ugly experience, I tipped 15%, But guess what, the girl twisted her lips and shouted at me saying this is not enough. It was like I am a beggar and she wanted me to kick out of that house. Terrible, terrible experience. Never ever visit this place, rather do massage yourself at home, at least you won't get robbed and get kicked out. If I could give negative reviews, I would seriously do that.
