Had a pedicure and a manicure down there and had to come home and fix all my nails very disappointed. I've been going there for years.

My mother took me to get my nails done, we waited about 2 and a half hours to actually be sat. our nail tech was very sweet but she globed the acrylic on super uneven and bumpy, and my nail was still showing. the end result just looked just cheap and messy. I was really excited to get cat eye for the first time but it was just bad. it looks like I have pills on my nails‍ read more

I called to make an appointment to have my nails done. The owner told me to come in at 3:00. I was still waiting at 3:30, so I asked her how much longer it would be. She was very rude and stated that I had only made the appointment thirty minutes ago. I had already been waiting in the salon for thirty minutes so that wasn't even possible I had made the appointment several hours earlier. She proceeded to take another woman and told me I would have to wait until she was done. This happens every single time. Apparently, they have no problem wasting our time. Never again! read more

Sosososo bad experience. I went to do extension eyelashes today. I asked them if you can do it? she said yes. I told her that make sure every false eyelash sticks to every one of my lashes for every layer. Short ones. Not long ones. Hope it looks thicker. she said ok,no problem . It's so terrible when I finished it, there is only one layer, three or four of my own eyelashes are glued to a false eyelash. Her skills is really....horrible. I said sorry, I am not satisfied can help do i move down? But make sure my own eyelashes.no hurry, please take care them. She said ok. but in the end, she pulled out all my eyelashes. I really cried to death! read more

Came here for the first time to get my legs and underarms waxed since my regular person was booked. I routinely get waxed so I am aware of the process and how it should go. I went back to go get waxed and the lady was nice. After she started on me and my shirt was off, she kept going in and out of the room with the door wide open. She also left me during the middle of my service to go wax someone else. When I got home, I realized that she missed several big spots on my legs and even a spot on my underarms. I realize sometimes spots get missed but for $80 I would expect it to be very thorough. I called and explained the situation and said I could be back in 20-30 minutes (I live out of state) and they told me to come back to have it fixed for free. I arrived 30 minutes later and they were already closed after they told me I could come back. I was back before they were supposed to close and when they told me to come. I came back two days later and the girl that does waxes was not there yet. One of the guys says he can help and had me sit in the open area where nails are done. He proceeds to try to feel all the hair on my legs and have others feel too and then tries to tweeze all of the remaining hairs. It was super awkward and uncomfortable and anyone that walked in could see. The lady finally came in and instead of taking me to wax the missed spots, she took a client that came in after me that wanted her eyelashes done. The guy tried to convince we there wasn't hair but when I finally got him to use the wax, quite a bit of hair came off on the strips. He still managed to miss spots because he didn't want to keep waxing. Overall a very uncomfortable and very awkward situation. They were barely professional and I will not be going back or recommending them. Please save your money and go elsewhere. read more

Stopped in for some pampering while visiting my daughter. Had the paraphin pedicure and the pink and white dipped nails. The staff is very friendly and work efficiently. My feet felt so soft and smooth after my pedicure. But the attendant cut my little toe. I know this can a currently occur, but he did not even really acknowledge that he had. Several attendants were offering their patrons something to drink, but mine did not. The massage of my legs and feet was great though. Worth the $35 I spent. My manicurist was very polite but I have had better nails before. He did try to fix the shape when I asked him to, but I did not like how thick they were. Not severely bad, but not worth the price. read more

I called ahead to make appointment and got there just before the appointment. I then sat in the waiting area for 15 minutes before I was taken over to my pedi chair. Once in the pedi chair I continued to wait an additional 45 minutes before any service was performed. Once the lady in the chair next to me was finished with her pedi, it was only then that it was my turn. The pedi literally took 20 minutes with no nail polish as I requested (a rush job) and then still cost me $40 bucks. This establishment seems in my opinion to be jumping around between customers so much that not one person gets a genuinely nice experience that is paid for. In my opinion this establishment is more interested in getting us in and out so quickly that they have forgotten what good customer service really is. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I believe in getting what I pay for and that is not what they deliver. read more

I have no idea what happened to Trish's but it's seriously gone down hill. Went today for a pedi and manicure and I might as well have done them myself. I wanted gel on my toes until they told me it would cost an additional $20.00. The reasoning? It would last longer, so I wouldn't be back as often. So, I opted for just polish and it's horrible. My nails, both hands and feet are uneven and rough on the edges. The girl that did my mani tried to use the dremmel tool to do my cuticles. I stopped her, but I guess no one ever taught her how to use the hand tools to do them, so, they're still there. Never again. Go anywhere else in town and you'll have a better experience. -- and probably for less money. read more

I went two weeks ago for my birthday, and i have nails already coming off, the women who did it was in such a hurry to get on her phone instead of making sure my nails where done and not looking like a hot mess. Never going back. read more

I was there on Saturday June 15 to get a manicure and my toes painted. While I was sitting in the pedi chair this young man set a bowl of acid tone and water in my lap and told me to soak my hands. The bowl spilled into my lap and onto my bag which is a Patricia Nash. I left the salon not realizing the front of my bag was ate from the acid tone. When I returned to show them what happened the woman denied that it happened. I wasn't asking that they replace the bag but would have liked them to apologize and take some responsibility for their part in ruining my bag. When I left my best friend was still in the salon and the lady was telling everyone that the bag looked like a $5 bag I got from a rummage sale and kept talking about me. She had to tell them how unprofessional it was to keep up this behavior. I will never go into this place again. They also did a very poor job on my nails!! read more

Ive been coming here for 5 years and every single time im in there great! Keep up the good work!!

Having moved here recently from Chicago where there are thousands of nail salons, I was pretty picky and expected only the best in a nail salon. Trish Nails gave me exactly that - the best nail spa experience! This is a first class salon with small town friendliness. The shop is very clean with friendly, talented nail techs, beautiful music, a huge menu of services and great prices. No one touches my nails now unless they work at Trish Nails. High class all the way! PS my husband loves to come here too for a manicure and pedicure and a glass of wine! read more

Took my 10 yr old there because they are the only ones that open at 9 and they were polite for us just being a walk in. Tried to upsell us to acrylic and adding a design several times. Did end up doing the design for free even though we declined. Used the dremel tool on her though. Once she was done they just left us on our own to decide when to leave. Overall it was okay and seemed clean read more

Walked in to get new gel polish. They immediately try and get you to add services. They talked me and my daughter into getting manicures for 5 extra dollars and the only thing that was different was we soaked our hands in warm water, and they went around the cuticle and trimmed, but no cuticle gel , no massaging, no nothing. Then the guy had polish all over my fingers around the nail. The absolute worst was that he sosked the gel off first and then got lazy and used the dremel tool on my natural nails!!!! They told me they soak them off. He did not take the time to let them soak. I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years. I work hard to try to keep them strong and I do not want that Dremel tool used to take the polish off!!!!! I have been here a few times and this is the last. read more

I should have read the reviews and asked for Vivian or Alex, I guess, because I was very disappointed with how my manicure turned out. I got an American manicure, and the tips were painted way too thick and uneven. Two of my nails didn't even have polish covering the whole tip. I also had a nail that was shorter than the others, but instead of filing them all to match, she filed the bejesus out of the shortest nail making it even shorter. It made very little sense. She paid very little attention to my manicure - possibly because I said no to the shellac and she was disappointed in this decision. I will instead be going to Lovely Nails in the mall - they do an unbelievably thorough job in both the pedicure and manicure arenas. My pedicure at Trish Nails was just okay - they didn't really attack the rough spots on my feet the way Lovely Nails in the mall will. Trish is okay - but for similar pricing and a way more attentive staff, I will be choosing Lovely Nails in the mall. read more
