I have gone to many nail salons over the past years..but never have I heard of " not putting the powder back to the cuticle because the electric filer can cut your skin". It made my nails look like they were already 2 weeks grown out.. just say you don't know how to properly go near the cuticle then. When I brought up my concern he stated to me over and over again that it's how they do it...definitely made it seem like a cover up to get customers in sooner. Then when I went to get the French tip portion painted on the girl truly tried her best but rather than wipe it over and restart she just kept pushing the white like further back...leaving a giant white think coat instead of a delicate tip look. I had to ask her to please make the lines thinner. I was serviced by a different lady a few months ago..not sure if she still works there..she was great! I am just a little disappointed is all.

It wasn't busy at the time we went in. I was able to get into chair. The massage feature felt great as I have spinal pain issues. They also accommodated me by doing everything from this chair. The manicure part the man stood the whole time I felt for his feet and even asked if he wanted to take a break. My experience for the first time in a long time was good and I will be back. Accessible parking space and to get onto the sidewalk would be my only complaint.

Linda greeted me when I walked in. She is very friendly and welcoming. The salon is going through renovations so currently there's only one pedicure station. Linda took her time doing my nails. She seems to take pride in giving quality service. She told me if a nail broke off or anything I can come back and she'll fix it for free. They are a family business who stand by their work. I had my nails done end of December and now February 2nd week in there was a brown line down my nails. This has affected several nails. When I went back to have them removed, they were very kind. However, when I asked " Larry" to sterilize the file for my sake and others he did not. In fact the woman removing my nails also did not. Nor have the any of the times I went in for a refill after a request. When I first went in, I had asked for my own file due to infection issues and did get that but upon refill no sterilizing of the metal files. This is by law a restriction from the board of health. Very disappointed and now I not only had to have them removed, but I can also pay a doctor for an evaluation and get an antibiotic to stop fungi growth.
