Our first visit to the brand new Beauty Nail & is a Spa and we will definitely be back! I had an amazing pedi, $48 for the #3 (see picture for description) but it includes a 10 minute hot stone massage and 10 minute back massage! I have trouble with ingrown toe nails and the technician really got in there and alleviated the pain. My wife had gel polish which included 2 back massages! She was very pleased with the end product. The shop features 8 pedi stations and I believe 8 manicure stations. There is a chair massage station as well as 3 table rooms in the back. The decor is light and welcoming, being that they just opened, everything is delightfully brand new and decorating is still in the process. Made an appointment for 10:30, got there early and waited nearly half an hour past my appointment time. They had 7 customers and only 4 workers, not to mention they had JUST started on most of the other customers. When I left, I was not acknowledged or apologized to for having my time wasted. Otherwise, salon was very clean and in good repair with a large selection of polishes. If their booking practices/time management wasn't so poor, I'm sure I would've left satisfied based on other reviews. read more

As you can see from my other posts I used to love this salon. My husband and I was the second customer when they opened. When they first opened the customers were treated great! Not so much lately. Loyal customers with appointments are made to wait while they take walk ins. They have one girl that has such an attitude and gives a lot of sass When the owner Crystal is there things run smoothly but when she isn't they add charges on in the middle of your service.. They charge me extra money for 2 nails with sparkles as they were applying it. Todays visit the techican used the drill to remove my ANC at such a high speed it burnt my nail bed I made appointment for 2 ANC today at 4pm for me and my daughter then 2 pedicures at 5 for my husband and myself and what an ordel... Totally not understanding and arguing with me on 4 separate occasions during a 2 1/2 hr time span Having my nails done and a pedicure is supposed to be an enjoyable experience especially after being charged $190. however I was totally aggravated! First time visit with an appointment where they seem very capable of taking the appointment, however, not very good at keeping it . Nothing but "Sorries" slung around with no real meaning. We witnessed a woman with no appointment, but with a loud voice and a sad story that she had an appointment elsewhere but they were tooo busy for her and then throw in the I hired a babysitter story and BAM they took her over 4 women waiting. This is Poor service in a service driven world. We were ushered finally in for a $38 Pedi where we sat for another 17 minutes before my sister was even approached at the Pedi station by the Tech. This was the last straw. My sister got up and didn't get the Pedi. OMG, the hundreds of sorries were thrown around by the Techs with most not even looking up !!!!! The sad part is she made this appointment 3 weeks earlier, this was suppose to be sister time and a time to relax !! This town definitely needs more nail salons since the Pandemic scare is almost a distant memory. What a money making business!! read more

I don't even know where to start. 1. The customer service was not good whatsoever. The lady who did my nails was on her phone the entire time and Couldn't spare me one second. While doing the hand massage she couldn't even use 2 hands because her phone was more important. 2. Very painful removing my old tips. 3.I have multiple pieces of skin missing where my fingers were cut. This is my 1st time here and also my last. My bad experience may have just been because of this one person but that was enough. read more

Very clean and pleasant atmosphere as well as an open spacious floor plan. Hard working folks and good at their jobs! I was 100% satisfied with the ANC manicure I got. They always over book. Yesterday was the second time they pacified me leaving me to sit waiting in the pedicure chair for over a half hour. Based on my previous experience, when I called for yesterday's appointment, I asked them what time THEY wanted me to come in because last time I waited 1 hour. They gave me a time and still they took clients before me. I walked out after a half hour and so did another customer. Horrible on respect for their clients time and booking ethics. read more

Very unhappy! I had my nail don't here before and wasn't happy but not much in the area so I thought I'd give them another try. I had a broken nail and as she was doing my nail i told her I though they where to weak. She did not pay any attention to me.. I felt they would break. Two days later 1 nail broke. When I went back i spoke with Crystal the owner. When I told her i feet they were thin and i tried explaining it to the girl at the time.. of cause she said they were fine.. they took there time fixing it. In my mind im thinking because i complained.. and then had the nerve to charge me 5 dollars. I am so angry, mind you it was 50 dollars just 2 days before. Extremely frustrated! Poor poor service. When I tried explaining. He started yelling at me. Never will I be back, and I will let all my friends no not to go there! If I could rate this a 0 I would! read more

Wonderful salon with friendly staff! The store is clean and well maintained. The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality you get!

I don't even give this place one star. Slammed the thermometer gun into my friends head. Then we are sitting waiting in the chairs they gave us for our pedicure fifteen minutes after our appointment time and I look down to see a toe nail in my water. Absolutely disgusted. read more
