Being a weekend workshop tinkerer on my clubs for over 30 years, James listened to my stories and gained perspective on my game all while I was warming up. He then brought me over an iron to begin comparison. After hitting multiple heads and shafts he called me over to show me the numbers. I'm a feel guy, but my wife the engineer was impressed with the data. He then blew me away by telling me my tendencies on the course. He was dead on. Pointed to the numbers that told him and then started making changes. All the while checking in on my "feel" parameters. I liked the look of one clubhead but the feel of the other shaft. When James found out I played often at his college course we shared some course strategies, all along he was gathering info for the fairway woods and then on to the driver. The trackman technology is amazing, but like any good tool, you need a skilled technician to make it work and James made it sing. When my drives were inexplicably fading, he switched screens to show another aspect I had never considered. A few adjustments and we had maximized results. He didn't push for a sale, just provided information. He asked about my putter and I hesitated, as it works well for me. James didn't even go there. The iron shafts we choose were the same ones in a prior set, just with WAY better heads. He also adjusted weight to correct ball flight. James insight into my wedges after knowing my swing and looking at current set up was again RIGHT ON! It's like we had played several rounds together and he knew my tendencies. We set down, he asked me what was on my mind. I said to do his best. My wife, the engineer was impressed with the technology, I was impressed with the level of service and overall experience. Everything but the putter is on the way. The Director of Product Design predicted it should cut my handicap by 4 strokes. I can't wait!!!

They had a great selection available, although only a few pairs were in my size. The prices were fantastic too -- about 30% off MSRP, which made the trip even better. After finding the flip flops, I took a quick lap around the store and found several other great deals. They had Ray-Ban sunglasses marked down around 50% off MSRP along with a solid selection of name-brand health and beauty products at discounted prices. Nordstrom Rack is definitely one of those stores where it pays to spend some time searching through the racks. If you're willing to browse a bit, you can find some seriously good deals on quality brands. The store itself was clean, organized, and easy to shop. Evelyn provided excellent customer service during checkout and made the experience even better. Plenty of free parking outside as well.

Really anything you could ever want! It was all very reasonably priced, and cute!! They have a little dressing room for you to use to try anything on! Their store is a bit hidden, as you have to walk behind and past Jeni's to find it. They've been here for 4 years and deserve all the business they can get! The owner was working and struck up conversation with us.
