A great stop on David Island. We wanted to get some ice cream and we definitely found the right spot. They offer Lots of delicious it's hard to make up your mind but my kids were set on cotton candy and Gator tracks. Both were super yummy with little flavor bites inside in each . Definitely will be stopping in for lunch because the food here smells amazing!!

This a great spot on Davis Islands for a quick meal at an inexpensive price. It's a very casual place with quick service and good food. It's situated on the quaint block of Davis Islands Village with several other restaurants and shops. I had the bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel. It was good, but the amount of eggs and bacon inside the sandwich was minimal. The hash browns are great. I would definitely try their food again.

Nice "All about the U" Miami Hurricane sports deli and ice cream shoppe. Kindof a strange combo, but it worked for me and my family. They have inside and outside seating and are very pet friendly. They even have a fresh baked pup cookie for sale. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. We ordered at the counter from the menu posted on the wall behind the counter. All of the items were clearly described, and the guy behind the counter explained all additional options. GET THE FRIES! Small upchage, but they reminded me of the days of hot fries at the Bashore Little League ball fields a block away, as a kid. We tried a few different sandwiches, and we were all thrilled what what we ate. My Miami Cuban Sandwich was delicious even though it was not on Cuban Bread, and it did not have pickles in it. The club sandwich was huge and full of fresh turkey, ham, and bacon. The Tuna salad sandwich was fresh and filled with a giant scoop layered on tomato and lettuce between super soft bread. The other star of the meal was the fresh pasta salad. This is definitely someone's mom's recipe. In all, I really liked this place and can recommend it for a great sandwich to eat in or take out. I didn't try the ice cream but next time, for sure.

It's great to have healthy options to order at Farrell's. My go-to option - a Greek salad - add chicken.

UM decor galore!

I'll be honest, I initially stopped in here just because of the University of Miami flags in the windows! But I'm so glad I did, because their ice cream was awesome. I'm a proud Hurricanes fan and alum -- it feels like I'm one of the few in Tampa. So when I saw the UM decor (and was in the mood for ice cream), I figured it was just meant to be. I walked in to see an impressive amount of Canes memorabilia on the walls and in display cases. Might not mean much to most of the people in Tampa, but I sure got a kick out of it. In fact, the owner told me he put the flag up when he first took over the location, only to have a man stick his head in the door and tell him he'd never stay in business with the UM flag on display. So naturally, the owner went and bought another flag to put up on the other window, haha. Okay, so the ice cream! They have a good selection to choose from, and you can try as many flavors as you like. You can even combine flavors in their smallest size. I tried the chocolate fudge brownie and the toasted coconut -- and even though I didn't think the two would go together, I got a small cup with those two flavors. Turns out it tastes like a Mounds bar! The ice cream is great quality and much better than some other places around town I've tried. I can't wait to come back and try their food -- and naturally have more ice cream for dessert!

always a tradition in getting icecream during a trip to davis islands. most of the usual icecream shops i went to as a kid are no longer there so i was surprised that this place had icecream along with lunch like sandwiches. the icecream was very creamy and was perfect on a nice fl summer hot day. not a bad price too for a good scoop.

The service was wonderful and food was excellent!!! I have been on other cruises where the food was just so/so as you were really paying for the cruise. Hands down, it caught me by surprise how good the food was along with great boat cruise too. Once they take your order they encourage the guest to get up and enjoy the view. Being a smaller boat, it was great as you never felt it was overcrowded. They have an open pay lot available for parking at the slip, but was around $40 per car the evening we went due to an event. The energy was great! The ambiance here is also great. I remember having to pay extra for a tablecloth on StarShip but here all the tables had beautiful marble designs and a nice little lamp. The food was amazing, we had the Salmon Deviled Eggs as an appetizer, my date had the Chef's recommended Hanger Steak and I had the Chef's recommended catch of the day which was Red Snapper. For dessert we did the cheesecake. Everything was great, whereas again on the StarShip I found the food to be very mediocre and bland. Service the entire night was super friendly and attentive. For drinks we did a few rounds of the sangria and the Kennedy Cruiser - these were great and definitely gave us a nice buzz as we sat out on the deck of the boat and took in Tampa's most beautiful waterfront sights.

I would absolutely order both of them again. The whole thing was served over a bed of brown rice and came with a side of spicy aioli. The sauce and lettuce reminded me of that nostalgic fast food burger but this was 10x better. Would order that again in a heart beat. The only thing that I wouldn't order again is the profiteroles. There are a few parking garages, but even those are a pain because people park like idiots. The parking situation isn't On Swann's fault, but it's an annoying factor. We had reservations well in advance, so we didn't have to worry about a wait. It was reasonably busy for a Saturday at brunch time. The decor and overall ambiance was classy but comfortable, which is great imo. Our server was nice and checked on us a good amount of times. The wait time between ordering our food and it coming to the table felt a bit lengthier than I would typically expect, but the food was delicious so it's hard to even complain about that. I got the short rib hash and a croissant and both items were wonderful. The croissant was flaky and buttery, it comes with a honey dip and butter on the side, would def get again. The short rib hash was also a menu item I would order again - the eggs were cooked perfectly, and I'd say I'm a little picky with how runny my eggs are. These were runny, but not TOO runny. The potatoes had a nice crisp to the outside but nice and soft on the inside, the short rib was so tender, so juicy, it was just a very well rounded, great tasting hash.
