    Ham Egg and Cheese Cuban
    Lorean W.

After taking the red-eye into town, I immediately went on the hunt for breakfast and proper caffeination; Cuban Eats was within reasonable walking distance of my hotel and looked very promising! Grabbed an iced coffee to try and help battle the humidity, which was delicious, and a Cuban Ham-Egg-and Cheese, which was absolutely perfect! We don't have any Cuban joints in my neighborhood so the flat, crispy, eggy, mustardy sandwich was just a real treat! (I normally eat a lot of breakfast burritos.) Service is great! Food comes up quick, even when they're also putting together big catering orders in the morning! There were no shortage of all sorts of folks coming in for their breakfasts. You can really tell it's a beloved spot by all. Most folks take their food to go, but we stuck around and ate in the dining room. It's pretty no-frills, but clean and tidy. If I'm ever back in Tampa, I'm definitely coming back to try some more lunch-focused offerings!

I got a delicious chorizo breakfast burrito to start the day. Price was very reasonable in this nice little shop. Service was great and friendly. Order at the touch screen which does make alittle less personable of an experience

The service is very quick. You order from a kiosk, or they are willing to assist you. The feels inside are of a ma and pa shop. The music is Latin/Cuban oriented. There was even a lady dancing salsa waiting on her food. I had a cafe con leche, and an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Both were very good. Will be back. Made me feel very welcome

    Grilled steak bowl (lunch menu)

Maybe this place is still starting up, but it felt like it just wasn't ready for prime time yet. There were no menus posted in the store, their big TVs behind the counter were off, so it was kind of confusing even trying to figure out how or what to order, which was only on a little computer kiosk across the way. The ambience was like, empty half-done strip mall place that will soon be a used Pokémon card store or something. Really weird. I selected the grilled steak bowl for lunch with yellow rice, and when it came, it looked good, and it smelled good, and there was good flavoring on the meat, but the meat was some of the most grisly and chewiest I've had in a long time. It was really hard to chew, and I had to spit some of it out! I can't recommend this place until they address some of these issues.

Hard to spot the location. Food was good. Peach smoothly was great. Sandwiches were delicious

Waiting in line was kinda fun because they have a few things to look at such as their roaster where they make their own beans which is pretty cool. Ordered the strawberry matcha and honey shaken espresso. The matcha is super good and it definitely makes my list of matcha places. The coffee was good but since there were three shots, my husband drank it cause it was too strong for me. Also got the breakfast sandwich was was a bit spicy but SO GOOD!! It's got a lot of flavor! They allow cute doggos in the place so it's fun seeing them come in lol Parking is not the best as you either park in the garage or the one directly across from sparkman which is paid so expect to add that in your coffee trip. Overall they were flavorful. One of the times I feel they didn't make it right and it was bitter and not enough milk. That's one of the 5 or so coffees I had here. Then I had one almond croissant and one baklava croissant. I'd say the baklava once was great with the flavor seemed to be baked in. The almond one was also fine but had more evident paste spread on it.

You feel like you're on vacation in the large, well appointed space. You can work, scroll, dine, sip or just chill out and scroll at one of the many high tops, tables or couches inside. There's also a large, sunken courtyard outside (right next door, a few steps down. I love the look and location of it.) I'll return to test out all the seating options and report back. But back to this first visit: I couldn't find a menu online ahead of time, so I walked in with a blank slate. They had a menu next to the case full of desserts. I settled on a Yemeni-style hot chai tea and a divine pistachio pastry, with so many flaky layers, sweet honey and a delicate pistachio flavor. I also chose a high top by the window, to enjoy them both. It's such a great environment in here-busy and bubbly but not loud. I can't wait to soak that up-with a different tea and sweet treat. The trip back will be easy. Qamaria is at the corner of 56th Street and Fowler in Temple Terrace, in a brick strip mall... with a huge parking lot, leafy shade trees at one end and lots of other middle eastern delights to try out, in that same plaza. Prices seemed fair, service was fast and it was very clean. Looking forward to grabbing one of the colorful cushioned seats for a reset, soon. Cheers!

All the food and drinks are absolutely delicious…read more I didn't realize they have a different menu on the weekends than they do on a weekday. I've been looking at weekday menus, so I inadvertently brought us on the weekend when the menu was different and didn't have things my kids would eat. However, my husband and I really enjoyed the food. I tried a Matcha latte with oat milk and Ube cold foam. It is amazing, no notes. I would get it every single time. We also tried their soup, dumplings, steamed chicken dumplings, pickled vegetable side, pork bun, and shrimp and pork bun. I can't eat the buns since I don't eat pork, but everything else was amazing. One of my sons did end up choosing a chocolate croissant so I tried a little and it was very good as well. This isn't your grocery store croissant. It was buttery and flaky with a good amount of chocolate. Inside is filled with eclectic decor, and you can purchase the art on the wall. Everyone who worked here was very friendly. They have a small parking lot out front, but this place isn't around a ton of other things so I would assume parking is no problem. If I lived closer, I would come back for the Matcha latte alone. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.
