Went for brunch. The food was good but nothing extraordinary in my opinion. The plating was pretty but the egg dishes were just ok tasting. The ambiance is always fun; casual but high end. The service is great. The salted butter was incredible and the espresso martini was perfect. Not too sweet as i requested. Park in the lot for a small fee.

The best hot bar in the west side. I love their salads & chicken curry. The vibe in there is amazing and staff is just wonderful. My favorite coffee is also from farmshop.

We had a later at night dinner visit to Farmshop after an event at the bookstore in the same center. The place was packed on a Thursday night but we still got seated fairly quickly. The host and our server were super friendly and seemed genuinely happy that we were there. There is a lot to choose from on the menu for us vegetarians, but we weren't too hungry so we just got the Silvia Brussels Sprouts which were delicious na beautiful with the pretty leaves adorning the top of the dish, and the Smashed Yukon Gold Potatoes. We loved these so much! We had never heard of chermoula before. It's a delicious North African marinade that informed the flavor of this dish...it reinvented potato flavors for us and we couldn't stop thinking about it (and salivating) for days after eating them. There are a number of other things we could have ordered had we been hungrier and their cocktails looked AMAZING (if only I wasn't driving...next time, Farmshop.) I wish they had a spot near Santa Clarita where we lived, but next time we're in Brentwood or at an event at the nearby bookstore, it'll be a no-brainer to go back to Farmshop again!

We stopped in on a Friday around noon without a reservation and the hostess was able to accommodate us with the caveat that there was a reservation exactly on the hour after us. The farm chic spot was bustling at lunch. The food is beautifully plated and equally yummy. We started with octopus ceviche and chickpea fritters. We shared a chopped salad and pastrami sandwich. Everything was fresh and quite tasty. Can't wait to go back.

5 Stars - A Perfect Experience from Start to Finish! I took my mom here for Mother's Day and we had the best time! The ambiance and hospitality were top-notch--warm, welcoming, and effortlessly chic. The adjacent shop is fabulous and full of beautifully curated finds. We were pampered with roses and dessert, and every bite of our meal was incredible. We started with a blood orange spritz and the artichoke appetizer--delicious! I had the angry crab with squid ink pasta, and my mom had the short rib with bone marrow--both were outstanding. The menu is fresh, creative, and full of flavor. Can't wait to come back! Highly recommend for any occasion (or any excuse to treat yourself).

Farmshop has been over for well over ten years, and my sorry self finally made its way over on a random Tuesday. What brought me here specifically was the fact a coffee shop I like stopped carrying their delicious chocolate croissants. After some poking around, I discovered the coffee place had them brought in from here. This made me very happy since I knew where I could find a reliable croissant. Turning onto 26th St. from San Vicente, I dreaded seeing the valet umbrellas in the lot so I noticed some metered parking on both sides of the street. Hopefully you're lucky where you will find one on your side; as turning around on this busy street will be tough during peak hours. I think .25 cents earns you 12 minutes (which is great compared to say, BH or West Hollywood) and I made my way down a random pathway, thankfully seeing signs for Farmshop. I had to wait in a small line but I didn't mind this as it gave me time to check things out. Beside me was prepared food that looked Really good, while the pastries and such in front of me didn't help. A nice guy helped me out with my order of oat milk cocoa and what I originally came in for. My name was called a few minutes later for my drink and I was on my way. Passing through the sit down restaurant area up front, there was a large amount of people in this area, and there might have been a patio outside through another door. As for what I purchased, I enjoyed everything, especially the cocoa which was actually HOT! I would consider coming back here due to a great first experience, even with the dreaded parking situation, the food was worth it.

I went here with my friend Bob and all I can say is the food is absolutely excellent. We tried so many things on the menu. I was so focused on the food. I barely took photos. The atmosphere is great and everything is just so fresh and flavorful I would definitely be coming back.

My first time here and I was so spoiled by my friends. We got the large portion of caviar to share. 9/10. the caviar could have been better(?) like a bit more poppy. Crispy artichokes come with pear and burrata. 8.5/10. Pastrami sandwich- 8.5/10. Spicy crab pasta- 10/10. Egg frittata- 6/10. goat cheese was the best part of it. carrot cake- 9/10. very moist and not too sweet. located in a shared space with a grocery store. loud and crowded during lunch.

There small oatmeal is an overpriced snack

Customer Service: The management team has changed and not for the better! They pick and choose who to smile and speak to. The friendliest server there is Selina T. She makes everyone feel welcome. Food: The food is overpriced and the portions are stingy. The bakery/market side has the best food especially the breakfast burritos!

It's located in the old Clock Tower building, and the Art Deco decor is absolutely stunning--dark enough to hide a bad day but vibrant enough for a girls' night. The Vibe: It's loud, lively, and perfectly "bohemian chic". If you're coming on a weekend, prepare for a crowd, but it's the good kind of crowded where everyone looks like they just came from a gallery opening. The Food: I'm still thinking about the Crispy Chicken Sandwich--it was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and came with a fennel-apple slaw that actually felt fresh. We also shared the Bacon Wrapped Dates (obviously) and the Hand Cut Kennebec Fries, which arrive in a bowl so huge it could basically be its own zip code. The Drinks: Their Happy Hour is arguably the best in the city. I had the Japanese Dream with matcha, and it was expertly crafted--not too sweet, which is my biggest pet peeve. The "Misfit" Moment: The service can be a tiny bit slow when it's "rammed," and there's a 4% kitchen fee that feels a bit unnecessary, but they make up for it with those complimentary sea salt chocolate chip cookies at the end. They are warm, gooey, and life-changing. One major heads-up: I heard a rumor they might be closing their doors on April 18th due to some landlord drama, so get there while you still can.

So then we ordered two so-called French fries. They are hardened little chips. None of the five of us at our table could stand them, and that included my grandson who normally likes crispier fries. He tried cutting 2 or 3 of them with a knife, and couldn't. I could tell my husband was very so-so about his salad. My daughter-in-law liked her Asian noodle salad though. My grandson liked his plain hamburger on a bare bun - how ridiculously basic. My son liked his pasta. At this point, we all decided on no dessert because the batting average was so low. My BF has asked if I can recreate this at home; I think this is best left to the professionals! At the servers recommendation we switched things up and had the creamy, but not milky, delicious corn gnocchi, with slivers of cucumbers. He steered us to the asparagus which tasted freshly picked. The duck was moist and not greasy served in parsnip puree and I could have had another full cup of that sauce, because it's just that good. I really wanted to leave a glowing review because the kitchen absolutely delivered. That said, the service was incredibly frustrating. But our server was inattentive, dismissive, and overall made the experience way more annoying than it needed to be. I won't say where we were sitting because I don't want this server to get in trouble. Could've been a bad night for him. But you gotta lock in. At one point, he verballed the dessert options so quickly and with such an irritated tone that we just decided to cancel dessert altogether because he genuinely sounded fed up with us being there. It completely changed the vibe of the night. Ironically, the food runner was the one keeping everything together. He was kind, attentive, and actually seemed to care, so I ended up tipping him cash separately because I wanted to make sure he got something for his effort. I'd still come back for the food, but I really hope the service experience improves because it took away from what could've been a great night.
