When the cheesy hash browns weren't quite crispy enough for my East Coast tastes, she took them back to the kitchen for another pass. They came back perfect. A few minutes later, a busser came out from the back and kicked a broken piece of cup along the floor. He just left it there rather than picking it up. It was still there in the middle of the floor when we left. They did remove the shake that never came and the 2 items that were cold and not eaten from the bill.
