I declined the "refill." So, for 3-20 oz black iced teas we were charged $12.75. I understand that prices are going up, and restaurants may charge for refills, but the way this was handled was off putting and kind of gross. AND THEN, there is something on the receipt called "cash discount", but it is actually an additional line item charge (I paid w/my Visa cc).
