Convenient location. Coffee is good. Use the "toast-tab" website to order/pick up if close by. Workers are mostly rude .Discount card offered for a free coffee fyi ( they won't tell you) This spot is near the ER on Willard St.

This is the stand for Zipphaus.

Great place for coffee as they serve Peet's. Don't bother with Starbucks which seems to be the only major chain in this area. Staff are friendly and work efficiently. I only wish they also offered gluten-free baked goods.

Worst matcha I've ever tried, water down with milk and lots of ice

The location at 7333 Fulton Ave in North Hollywood only has two tables. The service is wonderful! But it's essentially a kitchen in a building with many other restaurants. Don't be scared away by the industrial neighborhood and ordering at the door of the kitchen - the food is absolutely worth it. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They were so patient as they explained the menu and showed me photos of the food on their Instagram cafecrispla. They accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle.

They only have very limited seating but the food and service is amazing. Definitely hope that they can find their own secure space one day and when they do, I definitely do wanna go visit. I ordered the prosciutto toast, which was absolutely delicious instead of having avocado. I had cream cheese. Everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious and amazing. I would definitely recommend to order for to go or DoorDash unless if you want to eat inside, but keep in mind there is limited seating. This place is known for their many wonderful varieties of toast and burritos.

YEA!!! the LA cafe culture is NOT ur regular latte... they're desserts that spike ur blood sugar that we use the "coffee" as a guise for excuse. almond milk is healthy, duh. bad financial decisions mean trying all the homemade syrups and unique flavors combos and UGH CREAMY FOAMS??? the praline coffee was so hazelnutty and ugh i love toffee/caramel flavors. the brown sugar syrup added the perfect sweetness and they even had decaf YASSS (5pm latte). The snow matcha was also perfectly potent, smooth, and THE VANILLA FLAVOR DOESNT PLAY!! And don't even get me started on the SERVICE. the staff are INCREDIBLY SWEET and made me feel so welcomed i wanted to stay there forever. will be back to buy a latte instead of using EBT on food!! :P

The guy that sold it to me had no clue what a Spinn was and therefore didn't tell me to adjust my settings. What surprised me was that none of these guys (yes, they are all guys there which is odd) had any knowledge of the brand Spinn. When selling premium coffee at premium prices, I'd expect at least a working knowledge of the major high-end coffee makers your customers are using. When I brought the issue up, I asked if they could at least offer a complimentary coffee for the inconvenience, but they refused to do anything. Disappointing experience overall. Expensive coffee without the expertise or customer service to match.

Being a huge matcha fan, I was all set to order one, but then I spotted a unique drink on the menu called "Fluffy Hojicha." I got curious and asked a staff member what hijocha was. They told me it has a distinct roasted flavor, which really intrigued me. Not knowing what to expect from a roasted tea, I decided to give it a try. The wait for my sister's drink, along with a crème brûlée donut and a strawberry donut, was just a quick 3-5 minutes. The first sip of the Hojicha caught me off guard; it wasn't my favorite right away. But with each sip, I started to appreciate and eventually really enjoy the unique roasted flavor of the tea. The crème brûlée donut was a lovely addition - just the right amount of sweetness without being too much. ELNO is located in a building with other small vendors, and there's a seating area that fits only two to three people. I found parking easily since I went on a weekday around 4 PM. My sister mentioned that on weekends, parking is a real hassle. It's definitely worth stopping by if you're in the neighborhood.
