Misleading! Food is not good and not fresh! Look at customer pics of the food they serve. It's not worth for the cost.

Having eaten at the Baldwin Park location a few years ago, and never going back, I didn't have high expectations of this location which opened up this week. However, at the suggestion of a friend who had never tried this place before, I decided the week of Thanksgiving was as good a time as any to donate to charity. Located next to a Costco, yet quarantined in its own tiny lot, you will notice the parking nightmare that figures to become even worse once the Coffee Bean next to it opens. Customers dining in seemed to have difficulty leaving the area as the line for drive thru blocked several cars. I had a Charbroiled Chicken Club combo with Fried Zucchini which was just short of $11 before tax. Neither the portion size nor the quality matched the price. The zucchini was decent. Not as heavily battered as other places that serve it. I realize that most people won't be coming to this place to order a Charbroiled Chicken Club so I asked my friend how he liked his burger. He told me to spread the word that if $6 burgers are your thing, a restaurant named after the son of Carl makes a better one. Not all was bad, however. The customer service I received from the employees was excellent and the order, which contained a few substitutions and extras, was completely accurate. This isn't typical of new restaurants, which are usually not prepared to deal with large crowds soon after a grand opening. This will probably be my last time eating here though. There are just so many better options out there. read more

the worst service ever. took them more than half hour after I ordered my food for them to bring the food to the table. I have to tell them if they were backed up it was ok I understand that in a Friday morning only 2 cooks 2 cashiers but one was helping in the kitchen so only one on the drive-true and dine/in but wen ever they bring my food witch was a big order to the table was cold I was going to send it back. so they started bringing the food 2 plates first 5 min latter another one 5 min another till I got mad wen to see if the other plates were ready. wen I got to the counter the cook placed my 2 platters and said this it's the last plates for order 27!! The cashier saw and left, but I still waited, because by then other workers had came, so I waited for the guy to finished the order then the phone ring and he answered so I had to tell the o cashier to please give me my 2 plates, and she said they just came out !!! I was like what tha!!!! So yea I did told them i Been waiting for my food more then 45 min, so don't come here with that at!! Latter my fam. and I almost finished and 2 different workers came can we pick up the plates and I said no, because now it's packed and they want us to leave after they gave us a bad service so no. I must be a glutton for punishment because I keep trying to give this place a chance yet every time I drive through the service is so slow I always regret being in line for some reason this particular location takes forever to get an order it's very frustrating because I look inside the dining room and there is literally one person eating so why is it so slow there's also one or two people in front of me in line to the drive-through it just doesn't make sense I guess I'll try it again in a few months and see if they've improved for now I have to remember what a drag it is to come here read more

The customer service was horrible . I had a big order and the employees were completely rude (hence I wasn't giving any rude energy so receiving the rude energy from the employees was completely unnecessary) . They messed up my order and forgot to give me one of the salads I order and to top it off they did not give me bbq for my bbq chicken salad . At that point I was over it and never coming here again . Educate your staff on when being rude is necessary and when it isn't . read more

I am currently attending this establishment. I just finished ordering a farm burger and it is the worst burger I have ever had the bread is soggy the avocado is at least one day old the meat, taste, uncooked and burned at the same time. The cheese was not melted, the lettuce was soggy. The bacon was not well cooked and to top it off. I had a Faint taste of soap. The burger fell apart and wrapped poorly. And drowned in thousand island more than enough but not enough to drown myself. read more

I have been wanting to come to nasty fresh farm for a while, my burger special with two onion rings and small fries was $10.66 It twenty minutes to get my order the girl brings me this cold jalapeño burger the meat was cold like I wouldn't notice. Drive thru takes FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Spent 10 minutes waiting for 1 car to get their order and now I've waited 5 minutes at the window after paying. SMH. I get better service during their lunch rush hour. I went through the rice thru at 2:25 and got apt at 2:40. The fries were a little warm and not fresh. The sandwich bread was stuck to the paper because it probably has been wrapped for a while. read more

Well the personnel in the drive thru was great. Very good on her part. Order bacon and eggs scrambled and they came fried. They gave us only two eggs when it said it was 3 eggs and bacon. If they would have scrambled them like we ask we may have never known. The breakfast burrito was crap. Seems they can't handle high volume traffic in the kitchen. These times I believe are the times you should be on point to gain new customers. Most franchises don't care about individual opinions just an overall average. read more

I had going to this location for the last couple of months and never had any problems with my till today. I had order the chicken tenders and I was looking forward to eating them. I never thought to check the bag because they have never made a mistake with my food before. But when I got to work to eat my food I found that they burned my chicken tenders . Picked up a drive thru order and was in a hurry so I did not pull to the side to check my 4 combo order when they handed it to me. When I got home (5 mins later) I realized that my order was short. The soda was nasty watered down, I was missing an order of fried and the exclamation point on this bad experience was that one of that hamburgers had a noticeable curly hair sticking out of it. I was immediately disgusted enough to just dump all of it in the trash. A replacement order would not have made a difference, that was just hella nasty. After a while a female cashier asked if I needed help? DUH I'm standing at the call in pick up counter. I came to farmer boys for the first time tonight and it'll be my last time. 4/26/20 7:40pm the workers messed up our order, twice. We ordered 4 burger meals to go. The first time they gave us an order with 6 meals meant for another customer. We returned it and the other customer had to wait for their order to be remade. Took them forever to bring us our 'right' order, only to look in the bag and see that they gave us a wrong burger. The server did not give us an apology for our long wait or for giving us the wrong food twice. Mistakes happen, but I guess basic customer service isn't expected from these employees. I suggest going to your local Carl's Jr. because the food tastes exactly the same. read more

This review isn't for the food or the customer service. This is mainly for the wait. We came through the drive thru around 1:45 pm on a Friday afternoon thinking the lunch rush was over. There seemed to be a decent sized line but we weren't too worried because how long would a 8 car line take? To make a long story short: 45 minutes. 45 minutes and with no way to even remove yourself from the line because of the design of the parking lot. Of course, by the time we received our food it was cold and we were so hungry it didn't matter. Let's be real. Pandemic, yes. Excuse to slack? I think NOT. If you can't multi-task you shouldn't be in the food service. I ordered a cobb salad wrap with an unsweetened tea. (3 of the same order for the fam.) We go to the parking area to wait for the food. Almost 40 MINS LATER, they bring our food and plenty of splenda, but no ice tea? We let one of the workers know and she said "I'll get that for you right now, be right back." We seen her go in and out about 4 times without telling us anything. So we had to go inside smh. Moral of the story CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! Oh also 13 BUCKS for some little burrito, not even considered a wrap :'( Better off going to chipotle. I hope someone actually reads this. Sucks when you have to change your review from 5 stars to 1 star, but this place certainly asked for it!! Came here today to have lunch. Didn't go at all last year, due to numerous shut-downs, etc. We figured that since restaurants are now allowed to have dine-in, we thought we'd give it a shot. Even though inside dining is limited to COVID-19 county rules, we didn't mind if we had to wait awhile for a table. What a mistake! We get there and see, upon entering the restaurant, two tables (outside near the door) that were both in use. No problem, we thought, because it was fairly empty inside. When we were asked for our order, I stated that we would like to dine in. The gal waiting to take our order (at the register) stated that there's no dine-in, yet, only outside. I asked her when will dine-in be available. She said maybe tomorrow or the next day. She then suggested eating outside. I said that's not going to work since we don't know when one of the tables will be free (didn't appear that the people using the two tables were in any kind of hurry). As we were discussing what to do, we gradually walked out, not saying anything further gal waiting to take our order, and left. So, my gripe is that it's well over a few weeks since indoor dining has been available, so what's the problem?! I'd of been really mad if we drove all the way there just to eat, but wasn't the case because we did have other business in the area to do. Apparently, this place isn't interested in making money and try to recoup their losses from the statewide shut-down, so I'm assuming that they also don't care about their customers, or whether or not they make any money. They could have very easily opened up about five booths/tables, stay in line with county rules regarding indoor dining, and made more money. (This would also mean hiring more people, which is good thing for everyone, right?!) All right then. don't! Fine with me! Screw you, Farmer Boys! We will NOT eat there again! read more

I love their food but their drive they right now ain't the business. I had ordered a salad and happened to order an extra fork. When I started to check my food order after I drove off I checked and didn't even have the dressing. Not only but I didn't ask for an extra fork I wouldn't have a fork. After 32 minutes of waiting I was brought an order, but ... it was not in full volume, the burger was cold, the french fries was warm, and there was no zucchini sauce that always relies on ordering zucchini! I discovered Farmer Boys earlier this year. I usually hit the one in Cypress before going to the Swap meet on the weekends but then I discovered this one off the 5 Freeway on Telegraph. All I gotta say is that I keep coming back for the French Toast plate and the coffee. It's a no frills breakfast. I think what stands out about it, is the consistency. I go pretty often and they never miss the mark. I just really like the old school diner atmosphere and the fact that they have multiple restaurants all over LA. They haven't missed a beat for keeping the experience the same in all locations. I know that this is a challenge for many chain restaurants but the Farmer Boys got it down. If you want good breakfast at a good price and consistent quality and service then look no further. Word. read more
