We weren't too impressed by the place we checked out right before this one, so I did more research & found this one that was similar. I liked that this place had trails, the dogs slept in cabins, & that she'd be able to run around all day & socialize with other dogs.. On the website i mentions that if their pickup/drop off times didn't work for you, that you can always ask. We wanted to time it so that we could drop her right before check in time at the hotel, which was passed the ranch drop off time. Brian was very accommodating in letting us do that. When first dropping her off, our puppy looked scared, but by the time we were driving away we saw her tail wagging so it made us feel better. Pick up day came & she was happy to see us. She came back smelling like a dog, so I'll take that as she had a good time On her collar there was also a cute keychain that said "I ran with the pack". Overall a good experience for us.

I have never had an issue with a sick animal or poor quality here. Because I buy aquatic animals, and don't have the space to quarantine, I need to know that what I am bringing home will be healthy and not spread disease to the rest of their new tank mates. I find that the employees here know what they are talking about when it comes to aquariums. Whether it's animals, plants, or set ups, there is always someone who can answer my questions. They also are very generous in the giving of their time. I brought in 3 water samples to compare two tanks and my straight from the tap water. This can be a time consuming process, but they took the time to help me right away and helped me compare the samples, discussing the set ups and variables. The prices are higher than big chain stores, but lower than some of the other specialty shops I frequent. I would say the extra cost is worth the higher quality.

The business systems are well-designed and efficient. Jonathan and Zoe clearly love dogs of all shapes and sizes. My family bred dogs for a living and we had more than our share of active dogs that did NOT need a fenced yard. This dog has been on petfinder for months and here I am willing to adopt him. Don't expect too much from these people because all they will do is give some excuse as to why you can't have an animal. It's probably because one of the staff wants the dog and has to wait a certain amount of time before they are able to claim them.
