I have never had an issue with a sick animal or poor quality here. Because I buy aquatic animals, and don't have the space to quarantine, I need to know that what I am bringing home will be healthy and not spread disease to the rest of their new tank mates. I find that the employees here know what they are talking about when it comes to aquariums. Whether it's animals, plants, or set ups, there is always someone who can answer my questions. They also are very generous in the giving of their time. I brought in 3 water samples to compare two tanks and my straight from the tap water. This can be a time consuming process, but they took the time to help me right away and helped me compare the samples, discussing the set ups and variables. The prices are higher than big chain stores, but lower than some of the other specialty shops I frequent. I would say the extra cost is worth the higher quality.

I…read moreunderstand you can't have super high expectations when it comes to any pet store and their reptile care but I expected better from a small locally owned store. They had a tiny baby in the enclosure with over 100 crickets. The crickets ranged from large crickets to extra small. The poor baby was laying in the corner of the enclosure looking lethargic and about to die. Not to mention there is no veggies or salads for the dragon to eat or the crickets to eat so you see crickets hanging out all over the poor dragon, likely suffering constant bites from the huge crickets. It seems like they have been mindlessly dumping crickets into the enclosure without it checking in the hides and under surfaces for the mass of crickets hiding. It broke my heart looking at that poor baby. The enclosure is a good size thankfully with what seems to be okay lighting but they also have no gauges for measuring tanks conditions. I take my beardies health and environment so seriously so it deeply saddens me to see a pet store be negligent.

They assisted in getting me crickets and helped me find additional supplies for my lizards cage. Check out was quick and everyone I interacted with was very nice. The atmosphere was very inviting. I walked in to Petco on Monday April 14th 5:50pm I went to look at the beta fish like usual do. I…read morenoticed a red half moon double tail beta fish was dieing had black on his gills he was also floating at the top struggling to breathe. At first I went to ask a employee to maybe get a disscount for him to which the employee answered "Ya I can see he is dieing but I'm sorry I wish I can help you but I can't." that person was very nice like an employee should be but then I went to see if the cashier had answers went over there (fish in hand) and handed it to the cashier named _Bill_ and he said "here let me get my manger." The manger named _Linda_ comes over he asks her what I just asked. She replied with the meanist rudest tone ever, saying "umm no I can't do that, just pick a different one." Rolling her eyes at me. To which the cashier slams the already dieing in pain fish on the counter. I will not longer be going there I have been going there for a while there is only 3 employees that are nice.

We tried another groomer and they did a sub par job and made him look like a Westie. No shop we called had much experience with Scotties. One shop we called would not even return our calls. We brought him to Wilco and are so glad we did. The shop looks bright and clean and everyone was very kind and friendly. Jamie did a fantastic job on our scottie and we are super excited to se him finally looking like a proper Scottish Terrier. I'd give ten stars if I could.

It's the first part of May. I ordered 2, 16qt bags of Miracle Gro potting soil to be same day…read moredelivered (reward used). I got the product okay, but it was SOAKING WET. SO wet the you could squish the water out of it! It comes out of the bag in huge clumps of wet soil that is impossible to plant anything in. Why in the world would Tractor Supply deliver potting soil that is stored out in the rain so long that it is like mud when you open the bag? Now it sits in the sun drying so I can HOPEFULLY get it to crumble so it doesn't destroy the tender roots of new spring plants. DO BETTER TSC. Soaking wet potting soil is NOT what customers want to use.
