Kinda confused... they have a sell rack (50% off) unless it's in small print that says only for reward members. I bought a shirt that was $84 when I thought it was 50% off. I didn't notice until I already paid ( my mistake). Went back in and she said it's only for members. Why ? read more

We recently acquired a 6 year old Scottie which had been abused and neglected. We don't think he had been groomed much before. We tried another groomer and they did a sub par job and made him look like a Westie. No shop we called had much experience with Scotties. One shop we called would not even return our calls. We brought him to Wilco and are so glad we did. The shop looks bright and clean and everyone was very kind and friendly. Jamie did a fantastic job on our scottie and we are super excited to se him finally looking like a proper Scottish Terrier. I'd give ten stars if I could. read more

I always encountered excellent customer service in Kelso Wilco store. Today I had interaction with salesperson Felicity (could be incorrect spelling) that lack of customer service skills, unprofessional, simply rude. Hope she will get appropriate training. read more

Nice & friendly always willing to help the customers which is nice & refreshing as this has not been my experience with other big box stores

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Groomer THERESA We have a 90 pound rescue dog Boris he's the victim of a bate farm in California. He was the runt and heaven knows what he and his 3 brothers and mama went through. I'm giving a little background so you have a better understanding of why I'm so impressed. Boris is very skiddish, however in this case he went right into the grooming room I explained to Theresa about his background and his shy issues, Boris was her last Grooming of the day we made it that way because of his anxiety. After being with Theresa Boris didn't display and anxiety but supper friendly to everyone who came in from the store. I was informed Boris was making himself right at home. He walked right into the tub(WHAT) and even into the drying crate(again WHAT) Boris was totally pudding in Theresa's hands. Only issue was his front claws being cut. He wasn't going to have it this time. I know the more he gets to know Theresa the most he'll give in. Baby steps for now. Again ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Theresa is Boris's Groomer from this point on. Thank you Theresa for your amazing understanding and kindness towards Boris read more

If I could give them negative stars I would. I took my dog here for the grooming services and afterwards he couldn't walk. It has been four days and his paw/claw still clearly hurts. read more

gotta love wilco, a little pricey but the mostly female staff are helpful. We got out chickens from there -so far so good

We have been going to this store for over 3 years. It's a great store. I only gave it 1 star less for 4 stars because sometimes the staff aren't always knowledgeable about the products. I really can't blame them because there are so many products. When we buy our chicken feed, Scratch and Peck, we go to the chicken feed section, get a code card, give it to the cashier and then go to the loading dock and it is loaded for us. We don't even have to put the feed in our cart. It's that simple and convenient. We found out we don't even need to get the code card because the cashiers have the codes at the register so we just need to tell them the feed and they can ring it up. Wilco also has a selection of uncommon fruit trees like dwarf cherry and honey berry. They have organic herbs and veggie starts. We also have our dogs groomed here, they are poodles, and the staff always do a good job. read more

Great pet section! They had what I needed when I needed it and I did not have to wait a few days for it to ship.

I live in Yakima but, I have a vacation home in Rosburg. Sometimes we bring our horses down to go riding at Long Beach. We always stop at Wilco to pick up feed and treats. My son always takes his dog in, to let him pick out his treat for the trip. We love shopping here. read more

We bring our dogs here every two weeks to have their nails trimmed and have them groomed. The groomers are wonderful and since we bring in three dogs at a time they almost always give us a little bit of a break on the costs! I don't know why other reviewers are complaining but after four days if their pet still can't walk they should have taken it to a vet to find out what the problem was before blaming Wilco! Our dogs absolutely love them! read more

I love this store. I started my backyard chicken hobby and have purchased 20 chicks over a three year period- all healthy. the staff is knowledgeable and the selection great. I also frequent the dog food section, the garden section and general feed store section. I'm happy with all of the above. Good prices too especially when you get on the mailing list and they send you sale brochures. Good exhange policy if something does not meet your satisfaction. read more

To Be Clear this review is bad about Wilco online customer service not my experience with any individual at the Kelso store. On June 16th 2019 my wife went to the local Wilco in Kelso and when she returned she told me about the Dewalt tool only sale they were having and that the dewalt 6.5 circular saw I was interested in was on sale for $79.00 down from $134.00. I called down for store hours as the 16th was the last day of the sale and they were closed. I went online to order it and it still showed the sale but when I put it in my cart the price reverted to the 134.00. It was still the last day of the sale and I wanted to buy it and pick it up Monday. I tried a few times to ge the sale price then went to seek online customer service help. They gave me an auto reply saying they had received the complaint, then never addressed the issue no follow up except a request for me to rate their customer service, I rated it poor as nobody ever followed up with me besides auto reply. So yesterday 9/14 I get another request for customer service review and they still never followed up from 6/17 to now 9/14. My customer service request number is 55378 so Wilco can verify their poor response if they dispute my review. Poor online service my business moved to Tractor Supply. read more
