They truly know what they are doing and love dogs. Reasonably priced, they take the time to discuss what you want and have 14 years experience. He always looked good before. When I picked up my dog from his grooming at Barks and Bubbles, he looked like the groomer decided not to follow the notes and give him a poodle cut. The groomer then blamed it on the notes. Additionally, they didn't shorten his nails until I asked whether they had ground the nails instead of clipped them. They responded with, "oh, we didn't. Let's grind them now." All that and $155 bill. I'm sorry, but I probably won't return.
