After doing also my homework through YELP, and visiting project, I decided to move forward, (Homes NOT appraising per Superintenent there, Builder knows, but will hide that information, then will ask you to put MORE CASH) . Also Builder cutting corners in the materials being used. Went by ignorance to Farb Naomi Town Homes- AVOID-, lack of Integrity and Ethics- (should have read Yelp reviews first , my fault) - FOUND : Nothing but problems. They have continued to change and deviate from the plans and specifications that they originally given me to make my decision on whether or not to purchase the house, "No HOA" , then "Low Hoa", then, now , asking for "Mandatory $ 2000 HOA", fee, they are advertising YARD and PARKING, FALSE, no yards there and the spots required by City Regulations as Parking Spots inside, have no concrete, just grass, (a Fraud to owners and City), advertising Sign at outside Picture shows SIDE WALKS in Concrete, outside Fence, well HAS NONE, a dirty water represeed ditch in between fence and street, a "deviated dishonest" realtor for the Builder , will review in second review, yes, he claiming at Sign, at Site, being at reputable John Daugherty Realtors agent, (Called for references, was told he was fired for lack of honesty) - WANT MORE ? I am a real estate agent and recently closed on my third Farb Home in the past two years. Over my career I have sold six total and can say that I have had wonderful experiences with this builder. One of my clients is moving overseas and had to sell her Farb home that I first sold to her six years ago. I am glad to say it had no problem passing third party inspections and she made an excellent profit as the value has gone up exponentially. There are a lot of fly-by-night builders building town homes with no experience who do a couple of developments and disappear.
