Fresh spring rolls & some deep fried prawns were first, followed by a hot steaming bowl of Tom Kha Gai, which was insanely good. Then came a very full belly and lots of smiles. Oh yes, there was Thai coffee too, because I was in the mood for a sweet treat. It was a rainy, blustery day, so the restaurant wasn't busy and parking was easy. As we were looking at their menu to decide what we wanted, the owner/cashier was very polite and kind and asked if he could give our dogs some treats as they were with us. Our fur babies loved the treats and the nice gentleman complimented them. I always appreciate a business that is dog friendly. We decided to order a Pad Thai classic and Pad Thai Stix. We were given a little electronic device that would beep when our order was ready. After a few minutes, we got our food and on their counter they had utensils, napkins, sauce cups, and different ways of giving your food some spice as they do not have the typical star spice level system here. The sauces they provided were a peanut sauce and sweet chili sauce and it went perfectly with our Pad Thais. We were really impressed with Pad Thai Stix as that was our first time trying anything like that. We definitely want to return to try more of their menu! There are plenty of seating near the food truck. There are even sheds with seating as well, if you want to avoid the sun.
