After dealing with her God complex and severe abuse, I contacted the office manager "Erin Cardinale". Erin is possibly the devil or maybe the vice devil. She made the situation 1000 times worse. I believe her to be a bad human being. I contacted Baystate customer services. They have a very nice young lady who writes down your complaints and submits them to Mount Olympus where the gods decide what to do about it. Then I got a form letter telling me that they're sorry I had a bad experience. Excuse me!!! You cannot speak to the decision makers. They do not call or contact you to hear what you have to say. It's a scam. I would rate the two individuals that I dealt with as well as the dominant culture of this office as: EVIL.

There was a TV and magazines to keep you entertained until you were checked-in. Once they were ready for you, you were transferred to the waiting room inside. There were also magazines in there, as well as a play area for kids. There is a restroom in there, if you were looking for one like I was. I was later taken into a small room where they did my vitals. Once completed, I waited for my doctor in my designated room. The visit was quick and to the point. The doctor was extremely friendly. The one thing that I didn't really like was how thin the walls were, you could honestly hear everything that is going on in the next room. It made me feel a little uncomfortable. Aside from that, it was pleasant. Everyone was nice and helpful.

Everywhere else I called had a six month waiting list. Before I knew it, I had an appointment with a PA at this practice. The office was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. I didn't have to wait a long time for my appointment once I arrived, and the PA that I saw was probably the most thorough healthcare professional I've ever seen. I'd highly recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Fanti has been my dad's primary care doctor for at least five years and before Dr. Fanti came on to the practice, Dr. Egelhofer was his doctor. They've both been great and so has the entire practice. They are extremely patient with my dad and me, his caretaker, and always get back to us with answers to any questions we have. Dad also appreciates the extra service they have where someone checks in with him via telephone once a month to see how he's doing and then reports to Dr. Fanti. Dad feels very well taken care of and I agree with that assessment. Good folks, great service.

Now September rolls around and I lost my youngest son Jonathan so I called to schedule an apt. but when I went down to get my paperwork for work and to see why they never forwarded my script to the pharmacy since I work at one I knew something was going on. So I go down there and immediately they have me sign paperwork that only people with drug dependencies have to sign and when I asked them about it they lied straight to my face so no big deal I explain to them that my son and daughter have both passed away this year and they just looked at me and said I know but when I was leaving the office I could over hear them talking about me and laughing so I asked to speak to the person in charge big mistake she made a million and one excuses for them and talked down upon me even further to top it all off I figured well Dr. Chauhan wasn't in the office so I will let him know what they where doing when I see him at my apt. but when I did finally get a chance to see him he wouldn't even give me a chance to speak just accused me of screaming and acting belligerent in his office place. Needless to say I will never go back there again and I will never advise anyone else to because what they did was beyond low harass the people that deserve not someone who has just lost two of there kids.
