No one answers the phone, just voice mail. If you wanted to become a new patient, you apparently have to download a form online or go directly to the office and pick up a form. To me, a very odd way to do things. I'll look elsewhere.

Dr. Fanti has been my dad's primary care doctor for at least five years and before Dr. Fanti came on to the practice, Dr. Egelhofer was his doctor. They've both been great and so has the entire practice. They are extremely patient with my dad and me, his caretaker, and always get back to us with answers to any questions we have. Dad also appreciates the extra service they have where someone checks in with him via telephone once a month to see how he's doing and then reports to Dr. Fanti. Dad feels very well taken care of and I agree with that assessment. Good folks, great service.

Each time, the staff at each ER told me it was not necessary for me to see them, and that I could have been seen by my doctor. Each ER copay was $100, and Dr. Drennan didn't seem to think this was an important fact. Boo to you, sir.
