Fantasy Lanes Bowling is always a great time, and the staff is consistently helpful and friendly. We usually go for laser bowling, but regular bowling on Sundays is also fun and less crowded. The snack bar offers good food options with quick service to keep you fueled while you play. Prices are reasonable, the lanes are well-kept and clean, and we definitely recommend it.

I have been to this bowling location twice. The most recent visit was about three weeks ago (October 2024). At first glance, it looks, sounds and smells like a typical bowling alley. Our experience included: 1. Staff that were more interested in chatting among themselves than helping customers 2. Disgusting rental shoes that don't fit well 3. A shortage of lighter weight balls 4. BIG PROBLEM - lanes that are not well kept - sticky drinks spilled on them so your shoes don't slide. I hurt my back when my foot stuck at the ball release point as a result. Thankfully, not a serious injury. Other than the above, it's a pretty typical bowling experience. The wait time in the late afternoon isn't too bad, and the scoring machine and automated equipment seems to work OK. Overall, we will be looking for a better maintained facility in the area. Unimpressed.

    Being double charged

Took my kids bowling and the guy there was very rude, he seemed like he disliked working there. If you pay with a credit card make sure they only charge you once. At the bowling lanes they only charged me once but then a second charged appeared a day later. At the snack bar they double charged me that same night I didn't even know until I left and checked my credit card. Seems to me like a scam, never paying with a credit card there if I ever go back.

maybe this is pizza but someone needs to prove it.

Very fun bowling and my son loves the arcade. I'd skip the cheese "pizza" if i were you...

Because of the extreme heat, it is standard practice for families in the area to carry their own water for hydration. Upon arrival, I attempted to speak with the older gentleman working the front desk. The service was disorganized, I had to repeat my request multiple times, and the interaction was repeatedly interrupted by other guests. The experience culminated in a very frustrating policy enforcement. Despite the temperature being 99° at 2:00 p.m., I was informed that my daughter was not allowed to bring her water bottle inside. In such a high-heat climate, enforcing a 'no outside water' policy feels incredibly unreasonable and shortsighted. I hope management considers how this policy affects families, especially during the peak summer heat. Overall, I dont feel the need to promote and/or give my business to this establishment in the future.

I felt Ike the pricing wasn't bad - $79 for 2 hours of bowing and rental shoes for up to 6 people. We ordered cheese curds and the funnel cake fries. Like you see in all the reviews, this place is only open during certain hours during certain months of the year. Between this place and Pappy and Harriet's it is worth trying to schedule in a visit to Pie Town (as the locals call it). Everything in here is vintage, as the kids say. I prefer to call it well preserved and freaking cool. The prices are well preserved and freaking cool as well. Bring some friends and have some good clean fun at the bowling alley in a town built by Hollywood types as a backdrop for old Westerns. Why? If you have to ask why then you just don't get it.

A woman with red hair who worked there approached us without saying hello or greeting us and simply said, "They can't step on the lanes." I didn't hear her the first time, so I said, "I'm sorry?" She repeated, "Kids can't step on the lanes." I explained that they weren't on the lanes....we were actually nowhere near them and were standing behind the partition separating the bowling area. Rather than simply acknowledging that and moving on, she proceeded to stand directly in front of me and refused to move. At that point, we felt so uncomfortable that we scooped up our kids and left. We are locals, not tourists just passing through, and this is exactly the kind of place we would have loved to frequent regularly with our family. Instead, we were made to feel like we were criminals for simply walking in with our kids. I'm not sure if this woman was the owner or an employee, but either way, this was a very poor first impression. At a bowling alley, of all places, you would expect families with children to feel welcome. Instead, we were made to feel like we were a problem before we had even done anything. The entire interaction was rude, unwelcoming, and completely unnecessary.

I set up the reservation online and it was pretty easy. Parking is plentiful and easily accessible. Walking in it is very clean and everything is spread out and clean. At the front desk we checked in, got our lane and shoes and gave our preferences for pizza and drink. (Our package was the lane for an hour for up to 6 bowlers, shoe rental, 1 large pizza, and a pitcher of soda for $90) Our lane was easy to find, it had my name on the screen above it, the kids loved that! The tables were clean, and large enough for us all to fit. The ball return was fast, and the pins never got jammed. It was nice to be able to decide which bowlers got bumpers, and when when. Our little one started with them and after one frame decided she didn't want them anymore so we were able to use the screen to turn them off. Everyone was pretty spaced out and not on top of eachother. It was really nice. Since it was cosmic bowling, music and lights were on, it made it more fun and we had a great time. The pizza was kinda gross, and gave three out of the five of us a stomachache. The restrooms were a little messy, but not terrible. It was a little offputting that in one of the stalls the divider in the toilet paper dispenser was missing and you could see right into the next stall directly at the toilet. That definitely needs to be fixed. As a parent it made me very uneasy to send my daughter's in there. All in all we like to come bowling here, its always a good time.

Prices are listed and easy to follow for everything they offer. They have a worker there to assist with payment for whatever you decide. Arcade game cards are purchased at a kiosk. Mini golf prices are reasonable per person. Escape rooms are for 6th & up based on information I was provided when I last went Saturday since my kids wanted to do it and we needed to know what ages were allowed for their rooms. (Our kids are 2nd & 4th grade so we weren't able to do it) There are 27 holes for the mini golf. Each course is short but fun for small kids and themed differently. Only downsize is that if there's a huge group ahead of you, it takes a while to wait there for them to finish before you can head onto that course. So that's the only negative of each course when it's busy even though we went as slow as possible and played the same course multiple times while waiting for the group ahead of us to finish. There's only so much you can do while waiting before another group comes up behind yours. The arcade is small but they have some fun games. The kids had fun playing them. Pricing is a bit high & credits needed to play the games are kind of high as well compared to other arcade places but the games allow tickets to be won so it was worth it for us since kids had fun.
