The service was disorganized, I had to repeat my request multiple times, and the interaction was repeatedly interrupted by other guests. ​The experience culminated in a very frustrating policy enforcement. Despite the temperature being 99° at 2:00 p.m., I was informed that my daughter was not allowed to bring her water bottle inside. In such a high-heat climate, enforcing a 'no outside water' policy feels incredibly unreasonable and shortsighted. ​I hope management considers how this policy affects families, especially during the peak summer heat. Overall, I dont feel the need to promote and/or give my business to this establishment in the future.

I was a little bummed to see that. It is a small space which I understand, but it would've been cool to have more variety and options. They were friendly, helpful, and got to us as quick as they could.
