Yes, this is a sports bar with a dozen or more large screen TVs. Between the loud volume from multiple TVs, a field of arcade games, flashing lights, and an all-hard-surface interior, being here was an assault on my the auditory and visual senses. Okay I was very surprised! The entire experience was good, I went with low expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. I took my daughters on a Wednesday because I heard it was half off food and games. I got the girls a $26 (with fees and a ticket boost) game card and they played for over two hours. What a great deal! The food was half off and actually really good. The potstickers were great, the boneless wings were really good and the kids loved their meals! Side note...the kids pizza was the best thing we had. It was really good! Lots of TVs and good appetizers for sharing definitely a great spot to watch a football game. I had tried to go to this location a few months ago, but the wait for dinner was like 45 minutes. Walked over to Cheesecake and was seated immediately. So, I waited until mid-July at lunch time. I was seated within a few minutes. I was offered only a high-top table. I'm not a fan, but 90% of the seating in here is high-tops. I find that strange, as there are children who do eat here. My server was fantastic. She was super upbeat and made some good recommendations. Not knowing what serving sizes were like, I ordered a fried pickle chip appetizer and some sliders. The order of the pickle chips was much larger than I anticipated. They were covered in a light tempura, maybe a little lighter in color than I expected, but flavorful. The sliders were enormous; think McDonald's regular sized hamburger size. They have sauteed onions, cheese, and pickles. The patties are smash patties. Everything had a great flavor. It was way too much for one person, but would be satisfying for two people. I walked over to the game area. I had purchased a game card on the app, but I couldn't figure out how to make it work, so I purchased a physical card. There were more options than I had anticipated. The majority of the options are redemption-type games. I played a few coin pushers, which I enjoyed. The bowling game was just a few frames, but I bowled 200. The large format Space Invaders had a credit on it, so I got to play for free. I also found the duck claw machine had a credit on it, so I was able to score 3 ducks on that free credit. I didn't try any of the VR games nor any of the games that you ride. I accumulated a bunch of tokens/tickets on my card, but I didn't redeem them for anything. Bathroom was super clean. read more

I have to share my experience, I visited this establishment on 2/6 for my sister's 9th birthday. Our waitress was awesome. My issue was I used the restroom and was alone (27 female under 100lbs) and there are two sides to the bathroom and I enter the left side, I see ALL the stalls are open so I choose one. Immediately as my door closed the door right next to me opened which I thought was odd, out of all the stalls they chose the one right next to me? It was weird. They finish before me and as I exit my stall and face the mirror I see a heavy set man with a mustache and chin length hair washing his hands. I stopped in my tracks just stunned and then was hit was tons of emotions, fear being primary followed by violated and betrayed. I DID NOT consent to a man invading my privacy in a WOMANS space. We told the security guard and first sentence was, "well this is California" even though he did say he'd look for the guy, nothing could be done. So BE AWARE of this establishment, the security said he believed it may be a regular. Always go to the bathrooms in pairs and always watch your children!! Too many freaks in this world and we need to make sure WE, women are protected. read more

The experience was nice but could have easily been way better. We immediately placed an order for our children which came out super quickly. We went on to order the boneless chicken wings appetizer and asked if we could have the bacon burger and bbq chicken flat bread as our entrees. The chicken wings came out super fast but we weren't even half way through enjoying them when our entrees also arrived. This was unfortunate but we rolled with the punches. I also asked for a beer list and the server brought one over but never checked back to see if I wanted to place an order. Here's my humble suggestion: 1) When guests ask for appetizers and entrees to be in courses, allow them enough time to enjoy the appetizer and fire entrees accordingly. Meaning, either once they finish it, or when there is hardly anything left. 2) if a guest requests a beer, wine, or cocktail list, make a mental note to swing back around in 2-5 minutes to see if they have any questions or care to place an order. Other than that, the food was really tasty and I love how quick they expedite it. The atmosphere energetic. They have a numerous amount of televisions with sports on every one of them. Read if you have food sensitivities or life threatening allergies in your group. Would give this place 3.5 stars if that were an option. This is based on the awkward initial interaction with waitstaff pertaining to a guest in our party that has a severe peanut and tree nut allergy. Despite listing their allergens on their own website, our server stated management's response to alerting them about the severe nut allergy was , "You should not eat here." It is a bit confusing but appreciated...the honesty that quite frankly makes me wonder about the need to disclose allergens at all. Not sure if waitstaff and managers distrust the kitchen staff or food suppliers on this topic, or whether it was out of an abundance of caution. Many other chains accommodate this disclosure with a higher degree of care and on occasion urge us to avoid certain items...but never to leave even with EpiPen in hand. Needless to say we worked it out, but it definitely made for a tense dining experience on what we did eventually order. Should have opted for the other chains in the area that have not only gone above and beyond to feed us but make feel like less of a pain in the neck. Kudos to the manager who smoothed out our situation and spoke directly to the nut allergic guest with empathy and sensitivity. After all, the only reason we were eating there was it was a belated birthday gift. Bill comes and they charge us $10 for the steak and the waitress never told us it would be more. It was there fault they were out. If feels like the waitresses are getting bonuses for higher bills. Came on a Friday around 1pm. To clarify we had no problem waiting 45 min for a table. Understand it's busy. First. The size of the location is very small for game play. So if you expect a large variety like other locations you will not find that here. Now to service. After we were sat, again I understand there was 2 parties. Which already had food and drinks. We waited over 10 min just for water and another 15 to place an order. Only 1 other server checked on us. Our server was fairly new ( I only know this because the assistant GM told me once I spoke to her) She was absolutely amazing and did her best, I feel she needed a better support team from her peers with more experience, they all failed to show that. One other employee was wearing all this birthday gear and I saw her leaning back hanging in the expo while food sat waiting getting cold, when she did run something we noticed she didn't know her table numbers either.. No one was helping as a team it's pretty much everyone going and figuring it out. More training is needed most definitely. They need team support and communication. Sadly more tables lacked service and either walked out or started to complain. Again this is the fact of the whole team not helping someone who's learning on a weekend or supporting each other. After the order was placed my kid spilt water on the floor accidentally I cleaned up a majority of it and let the staff know. no one came to clean it or mop it even after we left. I let the ASM know and nobody picked it up. Mind you we HAD been here for about 45 minutes, after placing and order my husband got his two things which are from the appetizer menu. I waited 35 min for my items to arrive. Even then one item was incorrect. I packed up my food to go and did get refunded but very disappointed in the overall experience. My husband and I had dinner there last night 02/15 and had a server name Gabbs. She was nice at first, we put in our dinner order and after 35-40 minutes we had not received our food or the server had stop by to give us an update. Once she realized we kept looking back towards the kitchen area she stopped doing roll ups to let us know the mini burgers had fell and they were redoing them. After another 10-12 minutes our food came out. The wings were mid warm and the steak salad looked horrible!!! The steak was cold, dry and sorta gray looking. Server dropped off food and was gone by the time I looked up. Gabbs did not once give an apology or seemed like she even cared. We called over the nice young kid that was serving the long booth tables in front of us and to our sides and he was very apologetic and asked if we wanted something new. He even said the salad looked bad. We saw the young man let GABBS know and she stayed doing roll ups. Instead of coming up to us and having the same response as the young man she never came back until the end to give us our bill and let us know she removed the salad and burgers from the bill. We always understand that servers and back of the house make mistakes and we tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but her disgusting attitude and the " I don't give a crap" attitude " was uncalled for. After we payed she walked away and said something low. GABBS should be trained and learn customer service if she wants to be a server. Took the grandchildren on a Wednesday for the 1/2 off all games and we had a blast. We ordered as soon as we got there and we did not have to wait long for the food. Rochelle was fantastic. She came around and brought refills and kept checking in on us. The food was good but the caramel and chocolate stuffed churros with ice cream were amazing. It is definitely a family place. My wife and I have been here several times since they opened. We enjoy grabbing a beer from the bar and then wandering through the various arcade games and reliving our youth. On our most recent visit yesterday, one of the employees (I believe his name was Trevon) saw me at the machine to reload our card with credits. He introduced himself, shook my hand, and suggested that we let him reload our card, as he could get us more credits -- and he was right. Cudos to Trevon, who we saw a couple of more times while we were there, and each time he asked how we were doing, if we needed another beer, etc. Uncommonly good customer service. One of our favorite machines to play is Willy Wonka, where you release a token onto the board, and if you're lucky, it will slide into an optimum position, and thereby push more tokens down the chute -- and into your account. If you're really lucky, one of the various character cards will also go down the chute. If you collect all ten character cards, that's a whopping 2,500 credits. On our previous visits, we had managed to collect nine of the needed cards, missing only the elusive "Golden Ticket." Well, on our most recent visit (and with the help of those aforementioned additional credits), we scored the Golden Ticket. Whoo-hoo! In conclusion (and even though I'm not a big fan of kids, lol), this is a good place to stop into to lose yourself for a while. After all, when you are locked into the fury that is the ring toss, you can't be thinking about how many e-mails are piling up at work! Pro tip: Games are half-priced on Wednesdays. read more
