Wow! How times have changed! I haven't been to a Dave & Buster's in yearssssss, and I honestly don't remember it being this great! I stopped in to celebrate a party and was greeted by Michelle, who took care of us right away. I grabbed a seat and ordered the Chicken, Pecan & Apple Salad. My order came out relatively fast, and damn... I couldn't believe a chain restaurant like this was pumping out food this good! The salad was fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly delicious. I'd definitely recommend it. Games, TVs, drinks, and great food. What more do you want? Dave & Buster's definitely stepped their game up! read more

This is a review for the restaurant. They quoted 90min wait time, but was able to book a table on open table and got seated within 5 min. The hostess seemed very annoyed by this and sat us in a far corner despite there being several open tables that were "reserved". The server was very nice and let us hang out a bit longer while kiddos finished their games. read more

5 stars for great service: - Mia helped us at the restaurant. She greeted us with a smile that felt warm and inviting. She was personable and attentive throughout our dining. Ordered wings (bone in, plain) with side sauces for dipping. Wings were better than expected: crispy and cooked perfectly. - After dinner we took the kids to play in the arcade. Had an issue with cashing out our tickets and Julian, manager, assisted with no hassle. We appreciate his customer centric guest service. You can tell he truly cares about the guest experience. - Overall, would definitely recommend coming here, if anything, come here for the service. Such good service is rare to see these days, especially in a chain-restaurant/establishment. read more

Eddie is one of the best bartenders that took care of me and all my friends .makes really good drinks and is entertaining

Shout out to Eddie the Bartender we went in on a Monday night and the vibes and energy were in full effect! Look forward to going in and sitting at the bar again as long as Eddie is there! Great conversations and great service! read more

Our grandson and his teammates wanted to come here after a baseball tournament game. The wait for tables was about an hour because of the NFC Division Championship game that evening. Yes, this is a sports bar with a dozen or more large screen TVs. Between the loud volume from multiple TVs, a field of arcade games, flashing lights, and an all-hard-surface interior, being here was an assault on my the auditory and visual senses. So we compromised -- teens got to stay, play and eat; adults moved on for supper at a quieter restaurant in The River. read more

First time here with my kids and nephews. We all had a great time while on a mini vacation at the Omni resort. This place is right across the street so it's very convenient. Kept the kids entertained for a 90 mins for $55 ... lots of games to play. We didn't eat here but the food is decent at every Dave & Busters. read more

Busy, noisy, full of kids. NOT a good place for a bar. Atmosphere is NOT fun, even for a video arcade! I have no ideas how to fix it.

We've been to a few Dave & Busters and this one is one of the cleanest. They do need a better sign from the parking lot to direct guests to walk to the side of the street for the entrance. Games were all working and they had quite a few new games I've never seen before. Ticket redemption area is smaller and they had an area for discounted discounts that I've never seen before. read more

First off you're spending a lot of money to go to this establishment this is a treat. Service was fine the BS part was their gaming card system again your spending a lot to play a few machines kept failing and just taking the chips that where bought then when my daughter played a game that spined she won 1000 points excited of course then to be told that we couldn't get them because we where capped off! Seriously all she wanted was a stuffed animal was very disappointed . It's not explained well when purchasing those game cards what a crappy experience. read more

These Smokehouse BBQ Ribs are so tender and tasty. I loved them so much really hit the spot. Every one should get this. The staff is so friendly and attentive. The food comes quick from the kitchen and tasting amazing read more

Okay I was very surprised! The entire experience was good, I went with low expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. I took my daughters on a Wednesday because I heard it was half off food and games. I got the girls a $26 (with fees and a ticket boost) game card and they played for over two hours. What a great deal! The food was half off and actually really good. The potstickers were great, the boneless wings were really good and the kids loved their meals! Side note...the kids pizza was the best thing we had. It was really good! Lots of TVs and good appetizers for sharing definitely a great spot to watch a football game. Overall we will definitely be back, but probably only on Wednesdays or when the NFL comes back. read more

I had tried to go to this location a few months ago, but the wait for dinner was like 45 minutes. Walked over to Cheesecake and was seated immediately. So, I waited until mid-July at lunch time. I was seated within a few minutes. I was offered only a high-top table. I'm not a fan, but 90% of the seating in here is high-tops. I find that strange, as there are children who do eat here. My server was fantastic. She was super upbeat and made some good recommendations. Not knowing what serving sizes were like, I ordered a fried pickle chip appetizer and some sliders. The order of the pickle chips was much larger than I anticipated. They were covered in a light tempura, maybe a little lighter in color than I expected, but flavorful. The sliders were enormous; think McDonald's regular sized hamburger size. They have sauteed onions, cheese, and pickles. The patties are smash patties. Everything had a great flavor. It was way too much for one person, but would be satisfying for two people. I walked over to the game area. I had purchased a game card on the app, but I couldn't figure out how to make it work, so I purchased a physical card. There were more options than I had anticipated. The majority of the options are redemption-type games. I played a few coin pushers, which I enjoyed. The bowling game was just a few frames, but I bowled 200. The large format Space Invaders had a credit on it, so I got to play for free. I also found the duck claw machine had a credit on it, so I was able to score 3 ducks on that free credit. I didn't try any of the VR games nor any of the games that you ride. I accumulated a bunch of tokens/tickets on my card, but I didn't redeem them for anything. Bathroom was super clean. read more

Oh man..! Dec 30: had 3 small kids: food was Ok, service ok... but the most confusing experience ever in trying to order...! Cards, meal combos with or without game cards, and the sensory overload, was too much. Adults did not eat and cost for 3 kids meals and a card was almost 100.00 with tip. Sorry... but not again. read more

Ashley was our server, and if I could give her more than five stars, I would! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Throughout our meal, she checked in often, made sure we had everything we needed, and truly made the experience fun. Great service can make all the difference, and Ashley absolutely delivered. I wanted to like this place but not by force. I dropped my daughter and her friend here for fun on a Saturday night - spoiler alert, it's all ages. Left them behind, feeling good about their safety and drove home. The moment I got home, they call me. "Dad, we can't eat (food) unless someone over 25 is with us." Not only that but I was required to sit with them There's got to be a better system - food should not be restricted from minors. It's okay for them to drop quarters in every machine, seems backwards. read more

I always have great experience at D&B in Rancho Mirage. The staff is friendly and attentive starting when you walk in from the Hosts. The bartenders are friendly and make excellent drinks and the food is always delicious, the servers are friendly and attentive. I also appreciate the Security that D&B has there. The Security is low key but it is comforting knowing they are there just in case something happens because you never know what can happen nowadays. read more

The experience was nice but could have easily been way better. We immediately placed an order for our children which came out super quickly. We went on to order the boneless chicken wings appetizer and asked if we could have the bacon burger and bbq chicken flat bread as our entrees. The chicken wings came out super fast but we weren't even half way through enjoying them when our entrees also arrived. This was unfortunate but we rolled with the punches. I also asked for a beer list and the server brought one over but never checked back to see if I wanted to place an order. Here's my humble suggestion: 1) When guests ask for appetizers and entrees to be in courses, allow them enough time to enjoy the appetizer and fire entrees accordingly. Meaning, either once they finish it, or when there is hardly anything left. 2) if a guest requests a beer, wine, or cocktail list, make a mental note to swing back around in 2-5 minutes to see if they have any questions or care to place an order. Other than that, the food was really tasty and I love how quick they expedite it. The atmosphere energetic. They have a numerous amount of televisions with sports on every one of them. The music playlist is fire. Certainly a treat to have a Dave & Busters here in the Coachella valley. We will definitely be back soon. read more

Food was good and the atmosphere was great !! Kids loved the games. Love the deal with games and food. The only thing was the service. That's only thing. read more

Fun place for kids , and security which is Always appreciated. Not a great value. Spent $120 ($30 on 4 cards) that only lasted about maybe 45 minutes or less. Crowded on the weekend, so take that in consideration. Not enough new games and price per game is too high (Especially on Old games) Still, kids of all ages seemed to be having fun. Finally a Dave & Buster's within the area! Truly grateful for this to open up at the River. Love the location and ability to eat, play and drink. Super thankful for Ashley (Manager) for all her help! She really went out of her way to ensure that the service was amazing! Because of her, I will hands down return to this place with my family all the time. She really gave amazing customer service and did not disappoint at all! Thank you so so much Ashley for being an outstanding manager and giving 110% to all your customers. The ambiance is your typical arcade & bar, meant for a good time. Family friendly & no complaints because they have sports games playing. This location has it all from snacks to eat, drinks (which you are able to take while you play) and the games! My favorite game at this location is the Mario Kart racing! Never a dull moment at Dave & Buster's! read more

Food was terrible....  Mashed potatoes were disgusting. The waitress was nice but the Mgmt would not assist with substituting a different side without charging, not sure why? They never came out from the back to apologize or offer anything else for the inconvenience. It was a mess and a waste of money! Furthermore, this was not the first time food was sent back to the kitchen. On the previous visit, my salad was brown, lifeless and looked 75 days over the expiration date. D&B's score low pts in the food category.... As they are better at games! read more

We came in at lunchtime. The place was not at all busy. The bartender was friendly enough. Our chicken wings came out wrong, they gave them to us and brought the right ones too. I was too full to order anything else. They don't really let you change any of the cocktails. I tried to order a skinny margarita, but they don't make those. It's more for smaller kids to run around while the adults watch the game. Sports bar/arcade. read more

Read if you have food sensitivities or life threatening allergies in your group. Would give this place 3.5 stars if that were an option. This is based on the awkward initial interaction with waitstaff pertaining to a guest in our party that has a severe peanut and tree nut allergy. Despite listing their allergens on their own website, our server stated management's response to alerting them about the severe nut allergy was , "You should not eat here." It is a bit confusing but appreciated...the honesty that quite frankly makes me wonder about the need to disclose allergens at all. Not sure if waitstaff and managers distrust the kitchen staff or food suppliers on this topic, or whether it was out of an abundance of caution. Many other chains accommodate this disclosure with a higher degree of care and on occasion urge us to avoid certain items...but never to leave even with EpiPen in hand. Needless to say we worked it out, but it definitely made for a tense dining experience on what we did eventually order. Should have opted for the other chains in the area that have not only gone above and beyond to feed us but make feel like less of a pain in the neck. Kudos to the manager who smoothed out our situation and spoke directly to the nut allergic guest with empathy and sensitivity. After all, the only reason we were eating there was it was a belated birthday gift. So hindsight being 20/20, if on a slow Wednesday afternoon you're wanting to dine out confidently with food restrictions -- go somewhere else. read more

I have to share my experience, I visited this establishment on 2/6 for my sister's 9th birthday. Our waitress was awesome. My issue was I used the restroom and was alone (27 female under 100lbs) and there are two sides to the bathroom and I enter the left side, I see ALL the stalls are open so I choose one. Immediately as my door closed the door right next to me opened which I thought was odd, out of all the stalls they chose the one right next to me? It was weird. They finish before me and as I exit my stall and face the mirror I see a heavy set man with a mustache and chin length hair washing his hands. I stopped in my tracks just stunned and then was hit was tons of emotions, fear being primary followed by violated and betrayed. I DID NOT consent to a man invading my privacy in a WOMANS space. We told the security guard and first sentence was, "well this is California" even though he did say he'd look for the guy, nothing could be done. So BE AWARE of this establishment, the security said he believed it may be a regular. Always go to the bathrooms in pairs and always watch your children!! Too many freaks in this world and we need to make sure WE, women are protected. read more

Came on a Friday around 1pm. To clarify we had no problem waiting 45 min for a table. Understand it's busy. First. The size of the location is very small for game play. So if you expect a large variety like other locations you will not find that here. Now to service. After we were sat, again I understand there was 2 parties. Which already had food and drinks. We waited over 10 min just for water and another 15 to place an order. Only 1 other server checked on us. Our server was fairly new ( I only know this because the assistant GM told me once I spoke to her) She was absolutely amazing and did her best, I feel she needed a better support team from her peers with more experience, they all failed to show that. One other employee was wearing all this birthday gear and I saw her leaning back hanging in the expo while food sat waiting getting cold, when she did run something we noticed she didn't know her table numbers either.. No one was helping as a team it's pretty much everyone going and figuring it out. More training is needed most definitely. They need team support and communication. Sadly more tables lacked service and either walked out or started to complain. Again this is the fact of the whole team not helping someone who's learning on a weekend or supporting each other. After the order was placed my kid spilt water on the floor accidentally I cleaned up a majority of it and let the staff know. no one came to clean it or mop it even after we left. I let the ASM know and nobody picked it up. Mind you we HAD been here for about 45 minutes, after placing and order my husband got his two things which are from the appetizer menu. I waited 35 min for my items to arrive. Even then one item was incorrect. I packed up my food to go and did get refunded but very disappointed in the overall experience. Customer service, more training, manger support, and team players is much needed at this location. read more

I've been to this D&B 3 times now and every time my bill is not right. Things were added that weren't supposed to be. It doesn't feel good to have to negotiate your bill at the end of every visit while spending a few hundred dollars. Food was great as it always is but they were out of Barbacoa and gave us the option for steak or chicken and we choose steak. Bill comes and they charge us $10 for the steak and the waitress never told us it would be more. It was there fault they were out. If feels like the waitresses are getting bonuses for higher bills. I won't be visiting any time soon. Not until they fix there service issues. read more
