Big rock pub carries ZERO mezcal. Views are great, some service is great depending on the server, bartenders are selective depending if you're a regular.

Hamburger with regular fries.

Great casual place to grab a drink and a bite to eat. Nice, comfortable patio dining with beautiful views of the golf course. The food is great with large portions and the service was friendly and efficient. The Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich was absolutely delicious!

Really loved this restaurant. Very cool music memorabilia all over the walls and throughout the restaurant...even in the bathroom. Service was absolutely excellent. They were quick to help, answer questions and take our order. Drinks were all very yummy and the turkey club was to die for! All very reasonably priced. Excited to go back again.

Very cool atmosphere in this place. There are hundreds of guitars on the walls, many autographed. I ordered the fish and chips which was not very good. Mostly batter and the fish had no flavor. The fries were good. I think you are better off ordering a burger here. Several in our party had them and said they were good.

Drink menu so fun on vinyl record

We almost skipped Big Rock Pub because of some reviews, but we're so glad we went! The food was excellent, the service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was great. We'll definitely be back!

The back patio bar. More screens, full bar and great view.

Always a great place for Sunday Football games, plus a great view of the course. Super friendly staff.

I thought this was a unique place indeed for Indio, pretty much a Hard Rock Cafe on a smaller scale. Although the restaurant itself is rather large with many different areas - inside and outdoor patios. The decor is great with guitars all around the top perimeter and other rock memorabilia. On this Friday night, they had live music around 6pm and since we were sitting inside, it was a little loud and hard to talk to friends. Other than that the performers were good and sang songs in-line with the restaurants theme. On to the food/drink, pretty diverse menu and average pricing. I got the fish taco which was actually pretty large. Turns out it was also happy hour and got a house wine for about $5. I actually wanted their frozen drink special but the machine was unfortunately broken. We did venture outside to the patio afterwards which boasts a very nice view of the golf course (18th hole). The patio was spacious and you could either order at the bar or from the wait staff. Even out here after happy hour ended, drinks were very decently priced ($7 house wine and well drinks). Conclusion: Fun place to go for entertainment, food and drinks.

This is a neat place in the desert. It's similar to a Hard Rock Cafe. We were able to be seated immediately (it was around noon on a Saturday) and there were 7 of us. They have a variety of food options. I opted for the bare wings and they were very good (a little over seasoned, but good). They have a nice drink list as well.

Chinese chicken salad

I have to admit ... this place isn't typically "my vibe" but I come here for the Thai salad which is spectacular. The lettuce is crisp and vibrant, the dressing has a perfect balance of tangy and sweet, and the chicken is remarkably juicy, tender, and expertly seasoned. The rock 'n' roll decor, which might seem kitschy at first glance, actually adds a playful and nostalgic charm to the space. Vintage concert posters, signed guitars, and memorabilia create a fun, energetic backdrop that tells stories of musical history. It's like dining in a mini rock museum that keeps the atmosphere light and entertaining. I stopped drinking a while back, so I find myself occasionally looking on wistfully as patrons share drinks and camaraderie. Those memories of socializing are still vivid, but I'm content with my choice. Despite not being a typical pub-goer, I keep coming back for their amazing Thai salad - a surprisingly delicious dish in this lively, music-themed spot.

Beautiful view, just very limited menu. Nothing in the menu that we saw extraordinary, definitely not going back.

Ask the Community - Big Rock Pub

Kid friendly (2) kids 5 and under?

Yes!:) It's fairly loud, so if your kid is getting bored or noisy, no one will tell:) Tons of cool things for them to look at, and I believe that have crayons and coloring pages for young ones as well:)

Do they still have happy hour?

Yes. Happy Hour is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Is the patio always closed in the afternoon? We tried coming today around 3 and wanted to sit on the patio for happy hour and they said the patio was closed. It was sunny and 80 degrees out.

We always go on the patio for happy hour. Maybe staffing issues or repairs etc?

With all due respect to anyone in recovery... This place saved my life…read more I expect bars in theme parks to be somewhere from 'a bit kitschy' to downright cesspools of insincerity, but this one's different. I can't say it's the awesome bartenders... the land it's built on or something more magical, but there is a literal 'vibe of humanity' here which I've experienced in VERY few places on this planet. Doesn't hurt that the food is awesome too :) It is infectious - it is good - and it restored my faith in humans more than once when I really needed it. Thank you; Amanda, Candace, Cody, Robin and others.

There wasn't a single customer who didn't love her. It didn't take long for me to realize that a lot of people are regulars there and it's not just for the bike riding! lol Loved her honestly and insightful responses to my many questions. The pretzel was HUGE and the kids pizza fed two kids with leftovers! No complaints here.. well maybe just one but I was given a quick fix when I expressed my disappointment when they didn't serve blended drinks. Not to worry the coffee shop does and it's only a few steps away! This place was cute with tables or bar seating available. The bicycle theme was cute but personally I liked the barrel seating the best. There was a tv for sports on the back wall. As long as there's no one else watching, putting in a request for certain sports to be played seemed to be no issue. There's several small tables inside and extra long picnic benches outside. Seating was your choice and there was a window to watch tv but still remain outside. Cute little bar, that I'll definitely be making my way back to for a visit!
