I mean how many pubs can you go to and get Pliny? And what better spot to be than right at the bottom of Arrow. I think the only way it could be better is if they handed you one while you were riding.

Location - Inside Santa's Village Venue - Cool little cabin like bar with T.V's , seating inside and out, and nice size bar. Drinks - Lots of options from hard liquor, beers, and drafts for what it is. Prices - Going rates for a small bar and not expensive to be inside a park. Staff - Was understaffed but the lady did a great job and had order moving quick. Cool place for sure and would be back if I was at Santas Village again.

This is my favorite bar on the mountain! The four (4) rotating drafts are quality + they have a wide selection of bottled/canned beers. The food is fresh, hot & tasty. Robin & Cody (Bar Manager) are excellent... don't forget to tip them well! Also, as a Annual Pass-holder, I love exploring Skypark & enjoy the Archery, Tomahawk Throw & Zip Lining... of course this is all before I've had drinks! I have yet to try tying a fly & fly fishing (catch & release). My friends have gone Mountain Biking, loved the well groomed challenging trails & enjoyed taking a break at the Pedal Pub so they could refuel before hitting the trails again! This bar is great for Adults. I'd recommend St. Nick's Patio & Grille right next door for families & under 21. For a quick bite check out The Lunch Box steps away. Do check out The Peddle Pub when on the mountain!

Robin and McKenzie are awesome. Great service, beer and drinks. Had the peanut butter cup porter to start then moved up to one of the holiday drink specials. The Peppermint Patty has peppermint schnapps, dark creme de cocao, hot chocolate, and whipped cream!

Their website specifically says they offer reservations for parties of 10 or more, based on availability. I called about 30 to 45 minutes before arriving and asked if they could accommodate our group. The gentleman I spoke with told me yes, to come in and check in when we arrived, and that he would start getting a table ready for us. When we got there, apparently nothing had been communicated to the hostess. What made it worse was that the same guy then denied ever telling me on the phone that he would get a table ready. If they couldn't accommodate us, that would have been completely fine. Just tell me that when I call and we'll go somewhere else. Instead, we loaded up six kids, drove over based on what we were told, and then were basically turned away. We asked for the manager hoping they could at least help figure something out, but unfortunately the manager wasn't helpful either and offered no real resolution. Mistakes and miscommunications happen. What bothered me was denying what was said instead of simply owning the mistake and trying to make it right. We would have happily gone somewhere else from the beginning had they just been upfront with us. Very poor communication and customer service.

For the mountain, it's solid, the bartenders are friendly, the drinks are good, and the food is decent. That said, my main concern is with the atmosphere. It's... fine. And that's exactly the problem. As most of us know, there's a serious lack of entertainment options up here, especially for people under 60. Despite the older demographic, there's still a sizable group of younger, creative, and social folks looking for something to do. Sure, you could be satisfied with a '70s rock cover band for the 100th time in the village, but if not, then Dogwood has the potential to be the go-to spot if it just puts in a bit more effort. The last event listed on your website was in 2019. The last Instagram post was over two months ago, and the one before that was for New Year's Eve. With that kind of minimal effort in promoting and programming, it's no surprise the vibe is lacking. If Dogwood committed even 50% effort to curating consistent experiences and letting people know about them, I believe it could be one of the best spots on the mountain. Come on guys, my 94-year-old grandmother could do a better marketing job than you, and she barely knows how to use the internet. If you do better, you will be better!

Walking in yesterday, it was such a good-vibe, welcoming place. There was sunshine coming through the large windows and color all around. Our waitress was warm and welcoming as well as on top of our dining needs, even as it got busier. We 4, two of us being vegetarians, each found something delicious to enjoy. I got the BAT Omelette, which was generous with cheese, avocado, bacon, and as a delightful switch up, cherry and grape tomatoes. The presentation was a feast for the eyes, with its dainty and colorful flower petals on top. In fact, all dishes were beautifully presented. I ordered fruit instead of potatoes, which was enough to share. My mom found her bagel and lox delectable and a large enough portion to take 1/2 home. Friends found vegetarian enjoyment in the Goat omelette and the breakfast sammie. They were both well pleased with bellies full. All of us were happy brunchers ! As we dined, the place welcomed a steady stream of guests, both inside and out, which is furry best friend welcoming. So, on Sundays, come early. Perfect cook temperature. The fries were surprisingly good. They had a lot of flavor. They were not soggy, greasy. Or potatoey. Kind of pricey for a sandwich shop, and they do not allow half sandwiches and I wish they did. Ultimately, I would eat here again as everything tasted good.

When we arrived we wanted to move seats due to very loud music from the live band as we were seated right infront of the band and noticed there were several tables with " reserved " signs and the host said -we could not be seated there. When asked for a real knife- we were asked to reuse a knife that was as dirty and was being taken back to be washed. The worst part of the experience was looking up from my table and seeing a decorative guitar sporting a confederate flag. A couple of things I did like were: the live music. The musicians were great - except the music was so loud -that no one in the main room was able to hear each other speak. The bake potato size is impressive and the Dolly Parton door / decor. We started with the deep fried mushrooms which were good, but a little too heavily battered for my taste. They came with 2 dipping sauces, a spicy aoli style and an Asian chili sauce (sweet). I had the grilled salmon with lemon caper sauce. It came with your choice of 2 sides. I got the fully loaded baked potato and steamed vegetables. My meal was delicious and a large serving that I could not finish. Good value at $24. My husband got the ribeye with herb roasted potatoes and a salad. The salad was large and fresh with plenty of carrots and tomatoes. The herb roasted potatoes were delicious, but I would definitely get the fully loaded baked potato again. My husband said his ribeye was delicious and cooked exactly as he asked (medium). I also started off with the French Onion Soup and that too was great, it was a bit saltier than most versions I have back home, but still I liked it.
