We wanted to go bowling at the last minute on a Friday night so I looked online and they had a reservation available at 615pm. We were surprised since it was already 530ish. I set up the reservation online and it was pretty easy. Parking is plentiful and easily accessible. Walking in it is very clean and everything is spread out and clean. At the front desk we checked in, got our lane and shoes and gave our preferences for pizza and drink. (Our package was the lane for an hour for up to 6 bowlers, shoe rental, 1 large pizza, and a pitcher of soda for $90) Our lane was easy to find, it had my name on the screen above it, the kids loved that! The tables were clean, and large enough for us all to fit. The ball return was fast, and the pins never got jammed. It was nice to be able to decide which bowlers got bumpers, and when when. Our little one started with them and after one frame decided she didn't want them anymore so we were able to use the screen to turn them off. Everyone was pretty spaced out and not on top of eachother. It was really nice. Since it was cosmic bowling, music and lights were on, it made it more fun and we had a great time. The pizza was kinda gross, and gave three out of the five of us a stomachache. The restrooms were a little messy, but not terrible. It was a little offputting that in one of the stalls the divider in the toilet paper dispenser was missing and you could see right into the next stall directly at the toilet. That definitely needs to be fixed. As a parent it made me very uneasy to send my daughter's in there. All in all we like to come bowling here, its always a good time. read more

Every time we visit, the cashiers are very rude--especially one short white male employee who consistently has an angry attitude. His behavior makes me and my crew feel unwelcome. People who clearly dislike their job shouldn't be in positions where they make customers feel uncomfortable. Recently, we also had an issue with the pizza being extremely salty. I politely mentioned it to one of the employees and was met with an attitude. They did replace the pizza, but when it was brought to our table, the same employee avoided eye contact, placed the pizza on the table next to us without saying a word, and offered no apology--as if we weren't even there. Unfortunately, the replacement pizza was still overly salty. We couldn't eat it and ended up leaving it untouched on the table. Very disappointing experience overall. read more

Took the kiddos for some bowling.. I come here every once and a while.. Usually have a issue with the mechanics of the lanes.. Today we didn't have any issues and had fun.. The place is always clean and the staff are always super friendly and helpful.. My only thing that is didn't like was the weekend price.. I would never go here again as the staff needs sensitivity training. Our party requested that an adult needed the bumpers due to his disability and the staff member refused. She proceeded to say "Adults don't get bumpers." Our party had to legitimately argue how absurd she was being. I paid $18.82 for a basic grilled cheese and fries and tater tots. Even Sonic has better food items than this. We waited EXACTLY 1 hour and 20 minutes for these items. When we got the food, it was warm not even hot. The delay may have been because they were understaffed but a grilled cheese should take 3-4 minutes. Fries and tots maybe 4. 2/10 overall. read more

To be honest I felt discriminated against as soon as we walk up to the counter. The one with the glasses was speaking over my sister asking a question. HORRIBLE customer service! When other bowling alleys open, this place will not have ANY business if you don't fix the problem(s). The only nice people are the bartenders and Andrew. The tribal security is very, nice as well. The rudest person is the supervisor Naelly. The other blonde lady, Sandy is also rude but I guess she's less rude. She always has a horrible attitude. On a power trip or something. She seems like she hates her life and hates her job especially. Has ZERO zero customer service skills. I have been in management and security management for over 20 years. If one of my employees behaved like her, I would get rid of them. I see her being rude to everyone. She will yell at customers if they told her the wrong lane for food. When someone orders food, instead of asking what she can get them, see says rudely, "what are you getting?" She doesn't know how to talk to people. You can deliver tough messages without being rude. You do it with tact; these ladies have none. Tonight, they closed at 9, at 8:52 she was literally screaming at the top of her lungs, "let's go! You have 5 minutes!" Then 2 minutes later, screaming, "it's been 5 minutes, I want to go home!" Told people to "finish their beer, suck them down". It wasn't even 9 yet. Check your cameras. Or ask your other employees. You have a serious problem. You're letting these 2 people run your business down. Again, you do not speak to people like that; especially customers. There's a thousand better ways to tell people you're closing. They also get upset with people not wearing their masks properly, etc. I get it, but there's a way to talk to people. You don't see me calling and reporting on your employees not wearing their masks properly, when I can. I'm not petty and I don't want the place shut down. But you need to treat your customers better; they're your paycheck. It is bad enough that they're not polite or respectful to people which we ignore. But being rude and abusive to people is too much. THEY'RE ALWAYS RUDE. IT IS NOT RIGHT. I do not allow people to treat me or anyone else that way. Yelling and screaming at customers should never be tolerated. She's having a fit because she has to work? Maybe you should schedule her later? The price was right but the mechanical issues moved these guys down a star. We went Thursday night and it was $20 for two of us for an hour (with shoes) and our hotel gave us a coupon so we got two hours for $20!! I recommend reservations because we waited a bit before our lane was open. Unfortunately, our lane broke down over and over. First the balls kept getting stuck and not coming back. Then the pins wouldn't reset with all 10. We were bummed when they closed our lane and there weren't any more available. The manager was cool though and offered us a lower price to come back later. Horrible service. I came here with my family for a fun night of bowling. We got here around 745pm. The signs said they close at 10pm. When we paid for a lane, they told us we had an hour and a half but shut us all off after an hour. When I went to asked if we could pay to keep playing, the cashier said no they already closed the registers.. Umm.. it was 8:50pm. Then they kicked everyone out at 920. I was so confused. Family and I are having fun bowling, it's a lot of fun bowling with them. I was not happy with the service at the bar, there was 2 ladies, the one taking orders is really rude, I waited about 5-10 minutes to get up to order, there were no menus except the one on the counter right next to her, so right away I was looking at the menu and right away she asked if I was ready or if she should help the person behind me! This was on one of their specials deals throughout the week during the summer time. We went on a Wednesday which is family night. $40 for 2 hours, one lane, five pairs of shoes and a pitcher of soda. Pretty good deal that we got and there was seven of us so we just paid for two extra shoes. Overall we had a great time. It wasn't crowded like we expected and we got to play through two rounds. However, our lane kept having some problems and I wished they would've just offered to move us over to the next empty lane. But they didn't. We had to go to the desk several times because their was a malfunction. Also one of my friends someone slipped and bumped their head, no blood, and everything was ok. But we just asked for some ice and the lady got all upset (probably get like being afraid of being sued or liable which was understandable). Overall pretty nice Bowling Alley. It has a open feel to it, everything is nicely spaced out. It was a very hot day, but this place has great A/C. We came out here to bowl for our league sweeps. This place has the lanes split up, 12 lanes on one side, 12 lanes on the other side of the bar and food area. As far as the bowling, it was good, the pins seem a little lighter than Action Lanes in El Monte. One negative is that the approach was sticky in parts, make sure to check your approach to see if you are able to slide. Food was great here, we all liked their pizza and Onion rings. Sunday afternoon, parents at the Morongo and I'm left in charge of my 14 years old brother. When you're at a casino with an underage kid, there's not much you really can do... It was a spontaneous thing, not expecting much. But these lanes were awesome! The guy that worked at the register was really nice and helpful. I have been itching to throw some bowling balls down the lane for a long while now. Finally, we decided to find a place and just do it! I searched on Yelp for a local spot but the advertised one wasn't that good to venture out to. Canyon Lanes was the next one that seem worth the drive. We pulled into the giant parking lot but found out that it is better to go on the backside of the building for perfect parking. (The bowling man sign is the casino side of the building.) Once inside, you walk through an aisle that gives you an open view of a large, grand looking bowling alley. I was very impressed with how everything looked. Made me that much more ready to bowl! The layout is very new for me but refreshing. Opposite sides of the building you have the lanes and in the middle is the front counter and bar/eatery. A very clean establishment. All bowls organized by their weight. Ordered food is delivered to your lane when ready. My only fault with the place is the pricing. You pay for the time you bowl, up front. Not by the game which usual bowling alleys do. You pay for an hour and then you continue to pay for more time afterward. If you have a group, make sure you don't goof around too much b/c before you know it, your hour is up. Fortunately for us, the staff allowed us to pay for a half hour to finish our game. The bowling was experience ok. Idk what it was but multiple times our balls kept getting stuck down the lane. The food (pizza) is pretty good. Just paying for the bowling is a bit annoying. Came here to practice bowling today with a couple of friends. We bowl in various leagues around the valley & this is not a bowling alley you want to go practice at my friends. We paid for an hour of bowling because it's by the hour here & it wasn't enough to finish 3 games. So we're in the third game and our time was running out & I went to the manager Tanner & asked if we could just finish our game & he said all he could give us was 5 minutes. Still not enough time! We just wanted to finish our game and it ended before we could finish out our 9th & 10th frame so we went up & asked him if we could have 5 more minutes & he said no I've already given you guys extra time you guys can pay for 15 min or an extra hour. Mind you we just wanted to finish our game! When you pay for bowling you would think it's 3 games. Anywhere else would have let us finish our game. Not here. What a waste of money. I would not recommend bowling here if you're a league bowler or someone who takes bowling seriously because this bowling alley obviously doesn't.
