I bought a red velvet cake for a friend's birthday here and was quite impressed! The cake was moist and the cream cheese filling was great. I also liked the simple and elegant design with the chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate specks and pearls. The only suggested improvements I have is to make the icing outside the cake a bit thinner and my preference would have been to use cream cheese icing instead of the whipped cream. Regardless, it was still a great cake that my friends and I enjoyed. I also want to note that the staff person who took my order was pleasant to speak with and helpful. She took the time to walk me through the types of cake they have and their pricing. She also made sure that she had the details of my order down correctly - I appreciate people who keep a keen eye on details! In terms of pricing, they're quite affordable. I picked up a strawberry mouse cake for my son's birthday and they were able to add the birthday message quickly. The cake was so fresh! The mouse had fresh strawberries blended into it and the sponge was moist. It was not overly sweet and had just the right amount of whip cream frosting.
