The staff were nice, the karaoke machine was easy to navigate, and the rooms were comfy. Also the FOOD, omg!! Best food and drink options I've had at a karaoke place so far. My friends and I split some fried rice, salt and pepper popcorn chicken, and deep fried buns with condensed milk. I also got an iced mango black tea. It all hit the spot. I can't wait to come back and bring more friends!

When the owner (older man) realized we had outside drinks, he became extremely aggressive. He grabbed a microphone and swung it at us, tried to hit us with it. We felt unsafe and called the police. This goes beyond "rude service" -- it was threatening behavior. I'm writing this to warn others: if you care about safety, avoid this place.

You have to go out to order and then bring the food back but we didn't mind. Drinks were decent, songlist had what we're looking for, pricing was great for a few hours of fun. The only thing is their tables are fixed to the floor so if you are in the middle, you're gonna have to make your friends move to get out. Helps to make everyone move and mingle though.

There was a guy continually coming in to clear up our table of drinks which was really nice too. The room was clean and they gave us covers for the microphones for extra sanitary reasons which was nice. A medium song selection though, missing a lot of my fave tracks and they had zero Hinder (Lips of an Angel is my go to).

Although you wouldn't find the newest hits, they do have a good range of songs that are relatively recent. I liked that there was no minimum spending and that someone comes 10 minutes prior to the end of your session to ask if you want to extend your time or not (I've been to places where they don't tell you and charge you extra). With that being said, I wished they had mic covers. Also, I did experience glitches with the machine - hence, the 4 star rating. Overall, you get what you pay for.
