I've seen the nails of the ladies next to me which they looked good so that means I just had a back luck with this one. Regardless, no customer should walk out of a nail salon with their nails looking like this. As you can see, my cuticles look horrible and my set looks like it's already one week old. My pedicure looks like a 3 year old painted them and they hurt while she was cutting the side nails on my toes which I mentioned to her and they all started talking and giggling in their language which I found to be very unprofessional. I've been coming here for couple years now. Service is usually good prices were always fair but as of late they have been pinching on the price for as much or as little as they can. It's like they expect no overheard cost and try to past it all to the customer. Price of the Brazilian wax has gone up. Everywhere else a mani and pedi is $25 theirs is now $32 for the same thing. I usually get the dip powder mani and it was always $40. Today while she was halfway done she tells me they told her to charge $5 more because my nails are supposedly long. She went outside to get money from her other auntie (covid protocol) and paid him. By far one of the worst salons I've ever been to. I got my lashes done here and I was unable to run a spooly to brush through them as they were clumped together. They wanted to refuse giving me my money back and wanted me to keep the lashes on, they eventually gave me half the money back and did not service me the same day for the removal, I ended up taking them off myself. Not to mention the poor quality of acrylic nails they did as well, at first they looked decent but over time they grew fungus!! Making me wonder if they truly sanitize and clean their tools. I use to like this saloon a lot but the quality of SERVICE HAS DECLINED 100%. First, I use to pay $60 for a dip and pedicure but after covid the price jumped to $90. Now, not only am I discontented with paying this amount but my nails don't last the amount of time they use too. I've been going there for about 6 months because my manicurist keeps moving to different locations. I didn't have an issue with this facility until Monday 5/20 @ 7:13pm. I called and ask what time do they closed the guy that answer said at 8, he then asked what am i getting, I said "an overlay and a change of color on my toes". he said can you get here in 10 minutes, I said yes. I got there at 7:21pm, they asked again when i got in, I said an overlay and a change of color for my toe. They rush me to the chair before i can even choose a color, they started taking off the color and tell me i should get a refill, I said no I want an overlay. The boss told me "what you wanted will take 1 1/2 hours", well you should have told me that when I first called. I wanted "Celtics Green" color because i was going to the conference final game the next day. i got a refill with the wrong color green, no design, changed of color on my feet and they charge me $85. I just want you all who go here for lashes to be very careful!! I got a full set volume lashes and I should of known for how cheap they were that something could go wrong and boy was I right. The Application of the lashes were placed poorly on my lashes they were clumpy I was in pain due to the poor application of the lashes. There was sooo much glue it was difficult to remove them. I finally found someone to remove them and she was shocked to see how bad these lashes were applied to my lashes they were flakey stiff and uncomfortable. This review is based on my experience of being a nail tech as well as being a nurse. This place is your typical "dorchester" nail salon. That means they are QUANTITY over QUALITY. They DO NOT sterilize their equipment, it is simply rinsed in "alcohol". They REUSE toe nail filers. They use the nasty purple pumice on everyone and washes it right in your tub with the same water that has been soaked with your feet. I came in for a pedicure (I had gel on my toes from a vacation) My tech didnt even bother to ask me if i wanted to soak my toes in gel remover for additional cost. She simply took the electric acrylic filler and filled the gel off. On top of it being uncomfortable she did nick my cuticles twice. The whole entire pedicure lasted 20 minutes. She had no clients after me. The whole time she was pushing me to get another gel pedi. They wrap your tub with plastic wrap even though im not sure what that is suppose to accomplish because the jets are still dirty, their tools are not sterilized, and they reuse everything. They simply wrap it because they are lazy to clean up the tub afterwards and make it appear "clean" The whole salon smells : no circulation read more

So I originally starting coming with a ex friend to get our lashes done and then I started waxing and everything was fine but then one day I got my lashes done and a month later all my lashes came off with the fake ones because there was too much glue, then I stop waxing because it would be rushed and the wax was either to hot or too cheap because my skin would welp up like I got a beating smh but the last straw was I came me an my sister an got our nails done and I must say we all have complaint to the lumpy ness and just the bad job over all my nails has broken to the point of no return and all my toe nails are to the numb because instead of her soaking my gel off she filled the shit out of my toe nails and the next day while I was trying to sleep they was literally just ripping and breaking like paper. With that being said I think I FINALLY found my salon home I had the pleasures of having Amanda doing my full set.
