He wanted to charge me 50% of what I have paid him and work out a payment plans to return back the money. Now it is been weeks that he is not returning my phone calls, not to mention he left my yard in a way that is messy and dangerous. I paid Ben $42,000 and this is what he got done after 7 months.

I then got a story about a family medical issue and I elected to leave the conversation.
