Very disappointed in the service and how they handled this situation. Also the job he did on my nails is so cheap, and looks horrible. They didn't even apologize. I'm so upset and wouldn't recommend coming here. Update to owners response: I never mentioned anything about Gel. I never get gel. I said I wanted a basic pedicure, and even if for some reason they thought that meant gel on my feet, why would they assume I didn't want dip on my hands? The man was extremely rude, he said that the price was $60 and that they never said $55. Now the owner is admitting she said $55. Who says "I want to see the gel colors?". I'm not the type of person to leave bad reviews. Truly one of the worst services I've ever had. Not to mention she didn't even address the terrible job the man did on my nails (see the picture).
