Upon entering, you start in their little gift shop area - they have tons of really cute things. I was greeted warmly as soon as I came in, and I helped myself to the delicious spa water in the waiting area. My tech came and got me within 10 minutes. I just had a pedicure, but I really enjoy the whole spa vibe. My nail tech was very friendly and did a good job. No spa jets in the pedi bowls; good. I will be a regular and can't wait to try more of their offerings. Customer service is great - the woman who booked me was super friendly and even moved my appointment once with late notice. My appointment was at 230 pm, I was greeted by the receptionist who was very kind and informed me that the person who would be doing my lashes was finishing up another client. The business itself is clean, other clients were there getting other services done so it was not very quiet. About 15 minutes later " Isa" came out and escorted me to the treatment room. She was very kind and informative and I felt comfortable being there which is very important to me, we talked and there definitely were no awkward silences. She also took her time and I never felt like she was in any way rushing me out which I have experienced before when visiting other places with a groupon. They offer other services there which I'm sure I'll be trying in the future and I will most definitely be back to see Isa for more fabulous lash extensions.

The 2nd to the last time she cut off a bit more than a micro trim let's say an inch... when I went in this past Thursday, I asked that she give me very long layers, my hair was down to my waist- I have no idea what she heard or thought but in the end she cut off 4 inches and then layered- totally ruining my hair- now I have to let it grow out so it can be fixed- it's very choppy, long pieces of hair here and there and she charged me 50$, what a joke- she is definitely off her game.
