I read most of the reviews and was excited and hoping for a great experience. Upon walking in I was greeted by the shop dog which I found was a plus. He was sweet. The lady that checked me in said "you're with me" and not once introduced herself, asked how I was, asked what I wanted or even offered a consultation. I think she may have been an owner but not sure since I have no idea what her name was. She was in the first chair though. Before she started hacking at my hair I showed her a photo which she glanced at for a half second, said "cute" and started cutting. It was completely my fault for not stopping her and asking her a few questions and giving her more guidance but as an experienced professional I would expect that the photo was self explanatory. After she cut and cut and cut my hair and over texturized I am left with a mess. short pieces, long pieces, a line across the back and absolutely NOTHING like the cut I showed her. I have what I would call a weed whacker job on my head. When I left the chair and looked at it before I left I thought', well I'll just style it at home not even realizing what she had done. So besides the hair, here is my feedback. Staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional. One stylist was hooting and hollering, screaming etc. acting completely immature. There were a couple girls their talking personal and eating popcorn at the front desk and not one time did anyone in that salon make me feel welcome. In addition, the place is filthy. I don't think they have mopped or cleaned the floors or fixtures in a year. Corners, edges etc. and I didn't get a good look at the shampoo bowl but that would probably scare me. I'll never be back. I am so disappointed and was hoping for a "forever" salon close to my work and on the way home. Now I'll have to wait 6-7 months for this mess to grow out before I can try someplace else. and NO i'm not going back for a correction. There isn't enough hair left for her to fix. I am so pissed.

At 14:55 I received a call from the masseuse the massage had to be cancelled. The following day I was called to see if I wanted the massage which was during cancelled massage time. Mind you I'm doing housework and it was a half an hour before that time. Whom ever I talked to blamed the computer for making these mistakes. She was claiming someone called my phone twice to cancel the appointment the week before. There was NO phone call or message on my phone. Ummm these are cell phones, which keep records of calls. NO compensation for messing up my schedule. An apology blaming computers and other people will NOT cut it. The masseuse offered a free massage for the salon's incompetency.

And I understand if you don't want to chat the entire time or are introverted, but damn...I really got nothin' When my extensions were finally done, and I will say they were pretty good except for the piece or two that fell out, there was no explanation of how to manage them. The worst part, though, was that he wouldn't cut them because he said they were too pretty. I mostly wanted the extensions for volume, not length.

I walked in on a Saturday morning pretty much begging them to take me in because my best friend was getting married that day and I missed my appointments because I worked a 14 hour shift the day before. I was exhausted that day. With no hesitation the ladies at the front were so professional and did everything they could just to make sure i wouldn't disappoint my friend. Right away they got me in to start my make up with Mariana. The Make up artist her self was an absolute sweetheart and made me feel so comfortable. Right when I was done they put me on chair and prepped me for a hair updo style. Farah did my updo and she was just amazing herself.
