I was a customer for a few years here. I went in about a week ago to sign up for another round of tanning. They had an ad posted that lured me in, stating unlimited tanning for a flat rate plus 50% off lotions. When I got there, the employee stated that their lotions were ALREADY 50% off the manufacturer's price, not an ADDITIONAL 50% off. I was mildly annoyed by this, but willing to proceed with the tanning package. The employee stated that I could get the discounted rate with any lotion priced $30 and up. I agreed to purchase a lotion, and said "give me your cheapest lotion", to which I was then told they didn't even CARRY $30 lotions. Their cheapest started at $39. I was so annoyed with their very deceptive marketing practices that I just turned around and walked out. It's really a shame because I was willing to sign up for a 3-month package and spend my very hard earned money. I posted this exact same story to their Facebook page. Not only was my complaint never addressed, but my comment was deleted and I was BANNED from posting on their page. I really liked this place because it IS clean and the beds are nice. I can't ever go to them again because of their constant "bait and switch" marketing practices, management's complete refusal to right a wrong, and their desire to hide it from their other clients. Incredibly disappointed in their customer service. Do yourself a favor and don't join. read more

I love how many spa services are available, I had no idea how many amazing and affordable services were available until I took a FREE tour and even had a FREE consult! The girls who work in the spa are very friendly and up until my actual visit I had high hopes. The staff did not know where the intake paperwork was, how to run care credit purchases, or have internet service to send my information to the person who runs the payment electronically. I had to send the information myself which was fine but I was given the wrong email address the first time so my credit card and ID was sent to some random email but it gets worst. Unfortunately, I was quoted the wrong price and management is unwilling to work with me regarding it. The manager who called me (I think her name was Jan) was very argumentative and did not listen to any of my concerns. Chelsea assured me that management would work with me regarding my issues. It would have been nice to at least get a credit for future services if not a refund for the additional price I was served but since they do not value customers and their first time experiences this won't be the case. I hope that this is a warning for future people who come here. Get your price quote from your consultation IN WRITING including everything that the price includes. I had the SureSculpting procedure and I have blisters which as far as I can tell isn't something other people have experienced. I was only told that maybe its because it was done over a stretch mark which I wasn't forewarned about. I was the first of a group of 5 people who wanted to do this so at least they won't come here but I want to warn all other future customers as well. I was very disappointed. My friend (who is a loyal customer) bought me a gift card so that I did not have to pay for my spray tan and also wanted me to try the salon out. I drove to the salon in Lincoln park and they told me their spray tan booth wasn't working and that the one at their other location was. It was no big deal so I drove to the other and I got one side of my body sprayed down and the spray tan booth machine broke down. I was pretty upset so I asked if I could have cash back instead of the gift card because I wanted to get a spray tan that day and my friend bought me the gift card so I didn't have to pay for it. The owner wouldn't allow it. I arranged a babysitter and my whole day for this too and I felt like it was such an inconvenience, I should have just simply been reimbursed not with a gift card that would be useless. now I'm left with one side my body that has a spray tan. I definitely wouldn't recommend a spray tan here. read more

I just started going here as they recently opened. I love the location, not far from home. They have lots of beds. They run many deals on tanning packages and lotions. I prefer the high pressure package. The staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this tanning salon! read more

The tanning is ok, but the employees are terrible. They must have some sort of sales compensation as they only seem to care about signing up new sales. They completely ignore existing customers and have no interest in keeping customers once they have you signed up. read more
