Very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional ... the guy working on my daughter's nails stayed on the his phone the whole time and when i informed him that one of the nails was completely uneven he just ignored me and scoffed me off. Well... lets just start with the simple fact of when we walked in we were not greeted for a minute or two. I understand they were helping others but a simple hello would have been great. We finally get asked what we are getting we tell them, pick out the color, and sit down and wait. On top of all that the man that did my nails did a horrible job. I should not have to pay for a bad job. I was just ready to leave so instead of having somebody else fix them I just decided to leave after paying. I shouldn't even rate it a 1 star . But I waited a hour just to get a basic pedicure and a full set . I didn't even get my nails done because they were understaff which I understand but they told me it was going to take a couple hours to get my nails done , which I didn't have a problem with . I get my pedicure and I get I overcharged . A basic pedicure in there menu is $27. Not halfway through $100. The pedicure I got seems like a toddler did it . Nail polish spilled on my skin and my toes aren't even squared shape he cut them in curves . I'm very disappointed. I got my hopes up . NEVER AGAIN. read more

Horrible service cannot believe how rude the man was doing my nails. Yelled at me multiple times while doing my nails and asked me "what the hell do you want". Huffed and puffed the entire time. I asked for coffin shape and instead I got rounded edges as if I had never gotten them shaped to begin with. My cuticles were not done right causing them to look crusty. When I asked for the color I wanted he proceeded to say "oh my god". HIGHLY disappointed as this place usually has good service and will no longer be coming back after being a customer for FOUR years. This establishment doesn't even deserve 1 star. They are HORRIBLE. The last time I got my eyebrows done here, they were extremely un-even, thinned to very bit, and she waxed half my eyebrow off!!! I have very thick brows and she waxed them so thin they looked like pencil brows from the 90s. Recently I went to get a fill in on my toes. I get acrylic on all 10 toes. I originally called to compare pricing with other establishments, and after confirming they we're the most affordable, I decided to come here. Only to be over charged by the end of my service. When I originally called I was quoted $37 for a fill in. I specifically mentioned I have acrylic on all 10 toes.. they said yes it will be $37. Then when I arrived the same guy I spoke with on the phone said "It will be $40 because I thought you said only Big Toe" I chose not to argue and told him it was fine to proceed anyway. He finished one foot then said "Oh you get fill in for both feet?" I look at him in confusion as I ask, who has ever only serviced one foot before? Obviously I came to get both of my feet serviced. So he proceeded to explain that now the quote is $45 for both feet. Again, I chose not to make a big fuss about it, at it already has been a long day for me. And I just wanted to get it done and over with. Considering I was not getting a pedicure I was serviced at the regular table where we get our hands done. It was so uncomfortable he could not hold my feet up properly and continued to drop my leg as he had to move around alot to look for equipment. After he was done with his acrylic and buffing, we moved over to the pedicure stage. This is where things went TERRIBLE. He nipped my skin with the buffer soooo many times, it began to bled. He was so aggressive the entire service. When he sprayed the alcohol it burned severely due to all the cuts and broken skin he caused around my cuticle area. To make matters worst, when he began painting, it was smudged ALL over the cuticles. I asked him immediately to clean it up a bit, he aggressively got the little brush out to clean up the mistakes, and due to it burning so bad, he barely cleaned up any of it. Its so obvious how much of a shitty half ass job was done. I will never ever ever ever spend my money here EVER again. They are unsterile, rude, and don't do their jobs with any bit of effort. Their prices are decent. I paid $30 (no tax) for a french full set. They did not take their time, which can be a good thing if your in a hurry but a bad thing if your looking to get a proper manicure. The lady was in such a hurry that when she was filing my nail she scrubbed the skin off my pinky! *I've updated my review! The owner apologized which was greatly appreciated. If you need your eyebrows done... don't go here. The woman who did my eyebrows didn't wash her hands after doing another customers eyebrows... nor did she clean the tweezers... because I am dumb I still sat down and let her do mine... ((I needed my dead caterpillars tamed badly)) any who AFTER showing her the shape I wanted she started... she didn't even do the shape she just went to town doing her own thing. And then had the never to say "your one eye brow is different" okay silly... but what does that have to do with making the shape with the other eyebrow correctly??? Or at least attempting to do what I asked and point out what you THINK you see... if this is long winded I don't care. When I pay for something I am very picky because ITS MY MONEY!! I'm so sad I have to give them this rating. Michelle is amazing. She really does fantastic work and makes great conversation. It's the others who work here that really bring it down. There's a gentleman who has the stain right as you walk in. He doesn't speak the best English and gets frustrated at customers when they don't understand him. He's extremely rude to everyone who walks in. As I sit here now he's doing an older ladies nails and I've heard her say "ouch" 4 times. He said it's her fault, that's it's just how her hand is. I waited a long time before I came back to this place. As you can read from my first review, and all the others, the service was quite terrible. But I noticed awhile back that they had a sign up for New Management and I decided to give them another try. Now, it's my go to place to get a manicure and pedicure. There is never a wait when I go, which is awesome, and as soon as you walk in they ask you what service you want and then offer you a cold drink. The chairs for the pedicure station are new, comfortable and relaxing. As long as you don't have the setting on for the butt massage. Then you'll feel like you're being probed up the ass and that's no fun. The manicures are always great and the polish stays on a long time. They offer waxing too if you need that done. I occasionally get my eyebrows waxed here. She does do them pretty thin, but that's okay for me cause I draw mine on anyways. If you want decent service and hate waiting, I'd come here. read more

If you don't have time to read my novel, here is the gist of it: 1. Got yelled at by the nail technician for calmly questioning the pricing structure. 2. Pedicure was not very good and polish lasted 5 days. 3. Plan on going home to change because you will smell like a nail salon for the rest of the day. I came here on a Saturday to get a pedicure. They were busy, but I didn't mind. I was a walk-in and I knew the risk. They got me into a chair immediately, but from there I waited a good 45 minutes before the lady even offered me a water (they offer water - nice touch! However, it would have been better to offer when I arrived). My technician filled my bucket and asked me what number I wanted (they have pedicure packages listed at each chair, so no confusion!) I chose a number one, which was a basic pedicure package. 15 minutes later she came back to start my pedicure but by that time I knew I didn't have time for it, so I asked her for the "express" instead. The express is listed above the basic and has no details except "no massage." You would assume this means a basic pedicure with no massage. Well, I did. My mistake. I paid $17 to soak my feet and have my toenails clipped and painted. When I questioned the packages and the service I had the received, the technician promptly began yelling at me. I was very calm and not once did I raise my voice or say anything rude. I was simply expressing my confusion at the pricing structure. She did not pull herself together until I reassured her that I intended to pay and asked her to calm down. To be fair, her English wasn't very good so there was a language gap. My pedicure was rushed, and I know that. There was a woman sitting next to me, waiting the same way I had, not even offered a water. I should not have been charged for a full pedicure. That aside, the work was sub-par. My toenails were cut at an angle. It is now Thursday and they are chipping. Also, if you decide to come here after reading this and you have plans later, bring a change of clothes at the very least. I went to a barbecue later in the day and my friends said I reeked of acetone. read more

HOOOORRRIIIBBBBBLLLEEE!!! First they couldn't understand what I wanted, and got mixed up with a manicure how i dnt know becuz I simply asked how much acrylic was with chilac. So they wanted the charge me extra for the manicure even though he did not finish cuz I told the guy I did not want it! He insisted on finish filing and made my fingers bleed!!!! So I refused to let him finished. I Simply told them I was not going to pay full price and the guy balled his fist up and tried to punch me in the face, I then called attorities who clearly understood nothing that I said or eye witnesses say becuz they wanted to arrest me because I would not pay full price. For such horrible and unacceptable work. I told the officer I would like to band myself from that place! So that place can go to hell and I hope the ower who tried to punch me loses all his customers so he can not pay his bills. I went there last year to get my nails done for the ball. I had a full set put on, was forced to get gel that I didn't want so she did it anyway, and yelled at me because I wanted them very short. There were bubbles in the gel and the next day it looked like they were a month old. The lady who did my pedicure was just as bad. My heels were still rough and there was paint all over my toes. Horrific experience ever had! 2.5 hours for a gel/spa pedicure and dual lack manicure and walked out with my gel toes still not done! I explained I had to leave at a certain time coming in right when they opened. The guy Henry was horrible he didn't know how to do gels and kept messing up my French tips on my fingers. Just got done getting my nails here and will never come back. I asked for white tip Shellac manicure and Henry said he'd do it. Him and I were having casual conversation when I asked him to fill in the edges of my nails with white because he had left them out. He did not respond so I told him again. So he proceeded to put the top coat on without correction and told me to put my hand inside. I told him No politely "because my nail is incomplete." Then he raised out of his to raise his hand to me (like a man about to strike his wife) and yelled, "Put your hand inside, I'll finish it later." Then he grabbed my hand, pull it to him to jerk it back which locked my elbow then shoved my hand away and yelled at me again. I had not a one time raised my voice to him. I then told him, "Don't you EVER do that again! That was unnecessary and uncalled for and is not how you treat people." I was supposed to get a pedicure after but declined after he tried to pass me off to his wife Tina. I was piled up walking to the sink to wash my hands and Tina pushed my back quite forcefully and kept saying, "pedicure? Pedicure?" I told her PLEASE DONT TOUCH ME. Got to the counter to pay, Henry asked why I changed his mind. I told him be used after what happened I refuse service in an establishment like this that allows its employees to treat people like that. He asked again and I asked why it mattered, "it didn't matter when I told him I was pregnant and you shoved my hands back." Silence. I signed the receipt and Tina tried giving me a coupon and I told her I'm not coming back. And I'm not. If you value your time, your dollar, and your appearance.. Don't not go to this nail salon. They are horribly mannered and use cheap dissolving materials and chemicals that are HORRIBLE for your nail and bodily health. I've done the research and more than one employee there had confirmed it. I will never be found back there again. read more
