Go to another salon very unprofessional and rude, I recently went to go get my nails done I clearly showed her the picture of the nails I wanted and she barely glanced at it and told me she knew what she was doing and she did a whole different color and still was mad at when i complained as well as the manager. I am the one paying if she was not able to do them she could have said since the very start. read more

I went in on December 26 2019 to get a manicure! My experience was horrible! They have bad service! They messed up all my nails and on top of that they made my cuticles bleed from scraping so hard! Please do not go to this place! I am including a picture of the so called manicure and a picture after I took it off because it looked so bad and how my cuticles were left! read more

I have been going here for almost 3 years now and always to Q to get my nails done. I have yet to be let down by him when it comes to my nails, he gets them spot on. :) as long as he is around i will go no where else when it comes to my nails. read more

helen is a superstar nail tech. I did get a wart on my foot from this salon though. The sanitization looks to be a 3/5. They are a little aggressive pulling cuticles and draw blood from me almost every time I go. read more

Best nail place. Great service and good prices. I been going there now for 6 years and I won't even think of going somewhere else. Tea is the girl that do my nails all the time, she's the best. percent recommend going there read more

I did my nails Sunday, March 14 and now three days later my nails are lifting really unprofessional work the guy that did my nails was just asking about my personal life and that why he didn't focus on the nails read more

I stopped in on a Monday afternoon. This place must get busy because there were four staff members on, sitting ideally. The modern decorations are a nice touch. There's a distinct lack of quality regular nail polish but 3 or 4 brands of gel w/ a large selection of colors. I just wanted a regular pedi so I chose one of the few OPI colors they had. For the area this place seems to be pretty good and I would return the next time I'm in town. They also waxed my brows, no complaints there. 3.5 stars. read more

Scott did an amazing job on my stiletto nails, i will return. Also, T is super talented!

Worse experience, had me waiting for an hour. I walked out. A friend recommend it. Never again.

I've tried many nail shops throughout the valley and fancy nails in Coachella is by far my favorite .. I get so many compliments every time I get my nails done here .. and the staff is super friendly read more

Once you have Tea do your gel nails, you will never be satisfied with any other nail tech. She is precise, professional, detailed, and extremely artistic full of creative ideas. The finished set looks like an airbrushed magazine photo. So clean and exact. Salon is competitively priced, clean, and hosts a great group of family-like nail technicians. read more

I don't go anywhere else for my gel manicure and white tip pedicure. Perfect every time.

Yesterday I had to return because one of my gel nails was peeling that I had just got done over the weekend and I had to get it redone I arrived about 5:20 and sat there for about 30 to 35 minutes waiting to be helped after they had told me to sit and wait for the next pwrson available. Other people that had arrived after me we're being helped and they never even acknowledge me what horrible customer service i'm never returning. read more

I was going there for years until I was there for 3 hours for a pedicure and was waiting and waiting for nails but they were to busy with their phones ignoring customers so I just paid and let and i don't plan on going back bad customer service read more

Great quality nail work but poor pedicure service I gave them two tries on the pedicure and same thing 25 secs of scrubbing 1 minute total foot massage then polish. It is generally a wet your feet before we polish atmosphere and I still tipped her $7.00 for having to work feet all day. read more

horrible. never expected in my life to have my 16 year old son discriminated by their employees for wanting to get his nails done. ignored to service him till the end & proceeded to laugh when he informed them of his appointment. not only that, but they did a horrible nail job. didn't even cut his cuticles or bother to clean his nails up. heart breaking. read more

I love this place so much and I think its a great place to do full sets eyebrows etc, they have great customer service and they make sure you get the best nails and I would recommend this place read more

I'm not really big on getting my nails done or even manicures for that matter, but my friend brought me to Tea and it basically changed my life. She is your go to girl when it comes to handling your hands. She's super sweet and friendly and is way too talented too. She has givin me some really great looks for all events that i go to, even Coachella! I see her every two weeks now religiously and am always stunned at the results. Talk about 'Fancy Nails'!!! read more

I just got my nails done by this man there (should have gotten his name) and they are amazing! Recommend. Go here instead of the Indio one, pretty bad experience in the Indio one. He took his time with my nails and acted like a perfectionist really wish I could have given him a big tip but I had a budget. He also constantly asked if I liked them and had a little humor as well. Honestly the best Full set I've ever got. 2nd time there but me and my mom love it there. I will definitely be coming back all the time my new place to get pedicures & fullsets. Very clean. Jason is the best. read more

Definitely do not recommend this place I just walked out of the nail salon I did a full set which the girl didn't understand what I was talking about I didn't want acrylic I wanted gel nails, she gave me an attitude and said I was confusing her so I said OK I'm just going to get acrylic then after that I went to get my toes done they charge 20 for that but with no massage no nothing and the guy didn't paint my nails right so I had him come over and repaint them and the second time he didn't do it right either. I just got my eyebrows done the lady cut my left eyebrow super short and she didn't want to give me my money back after a couple of people saw that she did do my eyebrow wrong I paid 62 for everything, I mean I understand that they are busy but I didn't appreciate the way I was treated and I didn't appreciate the fact that the owner didn't want to give me my money back because she cut my eyebrow supershort and now I'm left looking like a mess. Please do not come to this place! Worst place to get your nails done and eye read more
