To their credit, the salmon was removed from the bill and an alternative dish was offered. However, the overall experience still fell far short of what should be expected at this price point and reputation level. Strong restaurants understand that service recovery matters just as much as the meal. There's a reason establishments like The Capital Grille or Flagler Steakhouse have earned reputations for professionalism and customer care. I've had the crab nachos and the seafood tower and both were terrific. A guy next to us last night had the burger, which I wouldn't choose at a seafood bar, but he seemed happy with it. A man on the other side of us had two shots of whiskey at $260 a piece. I couldn't believe it! So it's a fun place to people watch as well, and of course just walking through the Breakers Hotel is a kick. I like to think of all its history. If you are rich, it's a nice place for a date.
