Once again, Bimini Twist did not disappoint!…read more The food is consistently outstanding, which is why we've been coming here for many years. We started with the Spinach & Artichoke Dip, and it was absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the Chilean Sea Bass, and I had the Rigatoni with mushrooms, spinach, and chicken--chef's kiss! Every bite was flavorful and perfectly prepared. What made this dining experience even more enjoyable was our server, Casey. She was attentive, friendly, and had a wonderful personality. Our drinks were never empty, and she made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout the entire meal. Great service can elevate a dining experience, and Casey certainly did that. The atmosphere at Bimini Twist is always inviting, with a great vibe that keeps us coming back year after year. Between the amazing food, excellent service, and enjoyable ambiance, it's easy to see why this restaurant remains one of our favorites. We highly recommend, and if you're lucky enough to have Casey as your server, your experience will be even better!

The entire experience was fantastic, but our server, Yani, was truly out of this world. Her positive attitude and attentive service made an already wonderful evening even more remarkable. The food was exceptional. The crab cakes were moist and packed with lump crab meat, while the escargot was absolutely delicious, an explosion of flavor for the taste buds. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

The menu had a number of items not normally seen in most Americanized places, too. I had to google a few of the items being consumed by neighboring patrons just to find out what they were. I'd ordered an appetizer as my meal. The only glitch was that I wanted my food and my husband's to arrive at the same time. I got my meal 15 minutes before his arrived. They were doing a lot of takeout meanwhile. I'd ordered the chicarron and an arepa. I'd upgraded the arepa to the sweet one ("chocolo"). The fried pork belly was cut into pieces. It was crispy but oh so salty. The arepa was good and topped with white cheese. My husband had their liver and onions. For sides, he got fried yucca and rice and red beans. He said everything was good, but the yucca was too hard (uncooked?) to finish. I'm glad we came to try them out. It was a learning experience.
