Long story short, we went to another store and start to head home when we were pulled over by the police on the coldest day of the year they made us get out of our vehicle on the side of the road while they search for stolen jackets in our vehicle, which they found nothing. We asked the officer who made the statement that we shoplift a bunch of jackets and they said that we have to talk to the management cause they made the call and reported it. So ever since then we refuse to shop there, I gave it to the management that 2020 was a hard and difficult time to shop in stores, but you shouldn't racially profile people and put them in groups just because they're the same race do better.

When I was looking up their hours I was shocked to see the bad reviews. Our family of five is very active in sports and and strength training fitness. With the help of Gordon (one of the employees in the fitness section) and Marilyn (the woman who is a pillar at the registers at this location) I have pieces together an affordable yet AMAZING home gym. Gordon went above and beyond to help me get what I needed at a price far lower than I was prepared to pay. It helps that I gets lots of rewards and coupons too ;) We purchase all of our baseball equipment and probably 90% of our wardrobes from here as well. Returns are never a hassle and the employees are always great! It's really a shame that consumers only take the time to write bad reviews as I'm sure there are 1,000's of customers who have had the same experiences as my family and I. Please see my other review for the Athleta in Naperville, Illinois…read more Well in a nutshell, I love consistency if you have to shop at a chain store. I have visited a couple of Athleta stores over the past few weeks. Tonight's visit was impromptu while I was trying to get some exercise by walking around in the mall. I noticed that they had a sale sign out, I'm always in to see what is on clearance or reduced rack. Just as the staff at my local store has proven to be, the staff was friendly and informative. I was able to try some pants on and get suggestions, and I even asked which color looked best and got a solid answer. The store associate that was their knew about all of the new items and also was willing to pull stuff from the back that was on clearance or close out to show me. I will continue to shop at this chain. I am extremely impressed.

He found a pair he loved, they fit perfect. We thought they were on sale for 79.00. Marked down from 179.00. We were happy. When we made it the register they were actually 49.00. We also qualified for a 15% discount, due to my app and points. I guess I bought the grandkids some Nike items online, and they give credit in their store. In the end, they were 44.00. Can't beat that. We were in and out, in 30 min. For my BF that's successful shopping. Quick, painless, and happy with his purchase. The staff at the Register were very friendly, and kept the line moving. My only suggestion would be to have more folks on the floor. We had questions, and couldn't get them answered. I ended up having to get the info from the app. I don't like working that hard for in store shopping. If I'm in the actual store, I want attention. I even had to locate and measure his feet myself. We wanted to know his exact size because our online shoe purchases have not worked out. That part was annoying. Worth checking out for deals, love the clean store. When we moved to the golf department, she introduced me to Jason, who helped me find the perfect pair of CALIA golf pants in the right size. What impressed me most was the teamwork. Jason even brought Samantha back over to give me a woman's opinion on the fit before I made my decision. When the sweater didn't have a price tag, he quickly looked it up and checked me out himself.
