I did not have to wait long at all. Emma took care of me straight away. I had old running shoes with me a another pair I recently bought on Amazon which did not fit right. Both pairs had brought me so much foot pain that I realized I need expert assistance if I was to continue running. Comfort is EVERYTHING and so is having a person who is knowledgeable to get my feet to that happy place. Emma took an aetrex foot scan of my feet and asked me questions, looked at my old worn running shoes and went straight to work to find me the perfect pair. I'd like to note while she was out back searching, I took note of the Soundrunner team. They were all so nice and engaging and EXTREMELY Professional. Friends, they all knew their stuff! They get it! Just like Emma they are all proficient in their work! Everyone should have this experience! Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly thru and thru. Emma came back with a few boxes of the brand I was inquiring about. By the way socks do matter! A good pair of running socks makes all the difference when trying on shoes. Don't bring grippy socks like I did. Once Emma gave me a pair of perfectly fitting socks I could feel the difference in how my shoes fit and felt. So I tried on a few pairs and we discussed what felt good and what I was looking for in each pair I tried on. Then Emma announced she had an idea of a pair that might be what I was looking for. People! She was spot on! I was so happy and relieved! And the shoes are home with me! I am definitely going back! I LOVE SOUNDRUNNER. Great staff, no pushing to make a sale, friendly and engaging and a WILLINGNESS to spend the time with you and find your perfect shoe! Prices are reasonable and I'd like to add I also picked up the right running socks for my feet. Thank You Emma and team! Definitely going back again!

As you would expect, this store had a lot of options. The man who helped us was very patient and took a lot of time to help my daughter find a pair of shoes she liked. She even used the treadmill a few times to make sure the shoes were comfortable for running. This place is not cheap, but the service is good and the goods are high quality. Shoes will cost you over $100. They have Darn Tough socks for about $18. Running clothes and accessories too.

They did have a limited stock but my daughter still had two different shoes to try out. Even though her favorite color is pink and it's hard rationalizing with a 6-year-old that comfort is better over color I made her try them both on and she actually chose the blue ones because they were more comfortable. Would definitely come here again.

This type probably works for many people, though I personally need a more robust shoe and need to go elsewhere. I wasn't particularly impressed by the help we received today. We had to stumble through figuring out the best size and explicitly ask for advice on which shoe to pick. Maybe I am nostalgic for the olden days, where I'd get lots of attention in a brick-and-mortar shoe store. I guess if you're ok figuring out some things for yourself, the selection here is good and worth checking out. The store includes coolers, backpacks, helmets, water bottles, field hockey sticks, and lots of apparel.

I'm very picky and not very adventurous when it comes to clothes. I was just wandering around and Christopher politely said hello to me and just let me continue shopping. After a bit more time of wandering with nothing in my hand he asked if I needed any help finding anything, but not in that annoying salesperson way. He was fantastic!!! He asked me if I would try things on if he picked some things out, asked me my size, a few other questions and just tore through the store. In what felt like 20 seconds he had 5 tops ready for me to try and I actually liked 2 out of the 5 (amazing odds for my picky a$$). He asked me what I didn't like about the other three in case I wanted to try more on, but I was happy with the 2. He made the shopping experience incredibly positive, which means a whole heck of a lot to me because I don't tend to have positive experiences when it comes to clothes shopping!

The fire is gone. I…read moreremembered The Run In as one of those iconic holes in the wall that all the elite runners knew about and flocked to. Back when I ran marathon I would buy my shoes from nowhere else. That was 25 years ago. Today I took my daughter there for an early Christmas present. That was a mistake. We arrived at 11am and sat waiting until John opened his door a half hour late. As a courtesy we gave him a few minutes to settle before walking in and were greeted with almost a scowl, made to feel like we were an inconvenience. He had my daughter take off her shoes, asked her size and without another word produced a couple models for her to try and walked away. Trying to make small talk with the man to hopefully engage him a little, as a retail shop owner should be, was next to impossible. Top this all off with door handles that haven't been washed in at least 25 years. The inside in disrepair, smelling like a men's locker room with half empty shelves and what was there strewn about like a bachelor's pad. Positively the worst retail experience I've had in a very long time, perhaps ever. My advice to John is sell the place while he still has a shred of brand equity left in the name and call it a day. He clearly didn't want to be there and this was clearly not the place I remembered. My daughter and I walked away feeling very sad for John, very upset with the whole experience, and bought elsewhere. P.S. I tried to post this review at Superpages and was censored. Any 5 star rating seen there for The Run In is completely manufactured. Don't believe it.

She has been longing to buy one of their masterpieces and the day had finally come. I have been to Burberry/LV stores several times and visit to such grand stores are a little awkward. The extra security they have inside the store is creepy and gives me goosebumps. Everytime we touch any item, the security person almost gives a suspicious look that we are going to run away with stuff. Makes you feel guilty if you are intending only window shopping. And the mega expensive items on top of all this really adds to the pressure. May be I am thinking too much :). Louis Vuitton store was no different. I asked my wife if they have a dress code like a suit and tie to visit this. It almost felt like attending a wedding or presidential meet. All in good fun. We were greeted by the big security guy as we walked inside. They have amazing collection right from bags, belts, wallets etc. We had already decided what we were going to buy. Their staff person 'Paliny' was very helpful with information on the bags. We had 3 amazing choices for the same bag and it confused the hell out of us. The whole checkout experience was relaxing and we were offered some cold drinks and water. I like their option of getting initials embedded on your product free of charge. It really adds the personalization factor to the product. I hope the bag really lives upto the hype/expectation and gives us value for money.

They absolutely carry an array of brands and styles and their service is unmatched. Their storefront is small and the building is unsuspecting from the road, but don't let that fool you. They are all about safety boots, minus the unnecessary frills you don't care about in retail anyways. I had the most wonderful interactions with both Sam and Lisa. They were accommodating and helpful and I was able to find boots that were perfect for me. They were willing to order styles and sizes that weren't in stock for me, which I thought was incredible and made it feel like my sale mattered. Their prices were excellent already but they offered me additional deals that were incomparable when searching for similar boots at other retail locations. Their hours were flexible and they were communicative about order possibilities in the future. I would absolutely return for another pair of boots! Highly recommend.

I really hated my experience, it was my second time selling there today. I came in with maybe…read more40-50 golf clubs today, mostly boys and then a partial set of great quality/desirable adult clubs. Long story short, after about forty five minutes of giving them as much space as possible to discuss the value amongst themselves, they came up with about $90. When I asked what they were taking, they said "whatever isn't there anymore", and wouldn't show me. When I asked what all it consisted of, they read down a list of about14 clubs. Then because I opted for a check that ninety something was suddenly $56 and change for the list of 14 clubs, when I'd already agreed to the higher value. I asked if this was the norm, and he said yes about 30-40% difference between store credit and check. As soon as it was clear that I didn't have it in me to continue insisting to see a break down, a few of the other employees watching the interaction left with smug smirks knowing they'd gotten over on me. The experience overall felt incredibly predatory. I went in there as a reseller myself, knowing they obviously need to make a profit for their investment and time. I've also sold golf clubs there a few years back and the lady who helped me was very transparent and had no problem telling me how much was being offered for what. It was close to closing time, and I'd been there for about 45 minutes with my ten year old. Needless to say, $56 for 14 clubs when a single one could easily demand that or more is just taking complete advantage. I will not be returning to this business. I feel incredibly gaslit by the way the employee gave me a number, then it was cut nearly in half when I was not going to spend it there. Then he couldn't negotiate (because of the limitations of his system) or show me my items that were being sold. When I asked about a crazy number on the other clubs, I was told by another employee that I could leave them there for scrap because they have a guy, when there was probably plenty (out of about 30) that would have been sold had I opted to do so. I was putting my trust in them since they specialize in this area, and I anticipated and was happy to leave a healthy profit margin, but they took complete advantage of the situation and we will be finding an alternative outlet. I regret doing business there today, and left feeling completely violated.
