While the space was charming with character, it is a huge open room and was quite cold, even though we were not seated close to the door. It will not keep us from returning, but it did result in our being less than completely comfortable and kept the experience from being everything it could be.

I am a happy person, so I made a comment about how lovely the jewelry is... but I was not there for that. I got my watch out, and told the young lady that I needed a watch pin for my watch band. She took my watch, walked away, and then returned quickly. She said "Yes, we do". I then inquired about the price.... I mean it is a VERY small thing... made of stainless steel... less than an inch long. Her quote was $20.00. I asked if that was for just one pin.... answer was yes. I told her that there was NO WAY I was gonna pay that. I went home, and bought a 360 piece watch pin set for... get this... 360 of them for $5.89. Stainless steel... the same thing she wanted to charge me $20.00 for. What is WRONG with these people??? Wow. she could have done a nice thing and said "Oh... you can have that for free"... because according to my math, the ones I had to buy were ONE TENTH OF ONE PERCENT. Not even ONE PENNY per pin.

Unfortunately, rarely am I acknowledged. It's not horrible, but it is different than how I tried to treat guests. Clean store. Most of the time, prices are clearly marked. Employees, when you approach them, are generally helpful. The prices are good. It is my home store, and it's good for me.
