I live in the Washington, D.C. area and knew I wanted to knock out some dress purchasing while back home in the St. Cloud area during the winter holidays. We tried Celebrations first, but the selection there was quite paltry. Carrie Johnson had many more dresses and my consultant was great -- not pushy and just the right amount of attentive and energetically helpful. She was able to pull several dresses in my budget that fit what I was looking for. Would recommend trying for a weekday. We went on a Tuesday and the whole experience was laidback and not at all rushed like I've seen while helping other friends shop at places like David's. Highly recommend!

Price was very reasonable (Batteries Plus want 6x more than what this place charged) and the iPhone was repaired within an hour. It is also a FUN place to browse around in as there are two other shops connected to it, including collectable toys, retro stereo equipment, vinyl albums, and a very cool vape shop. These folks were significantly higher cost than the others but they also offered what I wanted (large sink and backsplash) so I went with them. I did find it semi-difficult to get in-touch with my rep (business has quirky hours) and overall, the communication with them wasn't necessarily smooth; however, I'm really very happy with the end result (pure white, matte finish). On the day of install, I messaged my rep after my scheduled timeframe passed - i was in the next door condo - and I found out that they had already come/gone and I literally didn't even know they were there. I found that funny but it shows that they're quiet/clean.

It's cluttered in the front with little to no room to check out. There is a table with a lot of stuff just sitting there. On the other hand the place is good with a lot to select from for your collection. But one the employees didn't respect personal space when i was going through product and didn't seem to care. when checking out we tried making conversation and we're looked at like we were crazy, we were brushed off. It was awkward. The value of the collector's items and other merchandise isn't bad at all it's very moderate compared to other shops in the area. Would I come here for a sense of community and to play the games (pokemon, magic of the gathering, and dnd)? no. The only thing I can give them is that they had a good selection of product. Personally I'd rather go to the other small game shops in the St. Cloud area and to build a sense of community there. I'd only come here to buy something if I knew what I wanted and be in and out. This place could be amazing but I think (as someone who works in sales and retail) that management needs to sit down with their employees go through selling pitches, how to respect the customer while giving them the help they need. If you're looking for community I recommend going elsewhere. If you don't like clutter and cramped spaces I recommend elsewhere. If you're looking for Someone to help you around the store to answer questions and help find what you're looking for, go elsewhere. There are other amazing shops in St. Cloud I recommend going to those.
