When we…read morewere trying to return it the front end manager made no apologies for our issue and told us that we had to accept in store credit for the return due to how long ago it was paid for (as if we chose to wait months for an item we wanted immediately and then received the broken item). When trying to explain that we did not want in store credit, she would talk over me, and acted as though we were bothering her. Zero customer service skills much less any persuasive skills to try and show us the possible benifits of an in store credit. Instead she showed no interest in us or our issue. Beware when ordering an out of stock item from Menards. If it comes to you broken the manager will treat you like garbage for trying to return it for a refund.

To top it off, a confirmed appointment to speak with a customer service rep regarding the situation was never initiated by their so-called service team and they subsequently blocked any attempts to contact them stating the request was closed. Unfortunately, rarely am I acknowledged. It's not horrible, but it is different than how I tried to treat guests. Clean store. Most of the time, prices are clearly marked. Employees, when you approach them, are generally helpful. The prices are good. It is my home store, and it's good for me.

My sister was in dire need of a new mattress and she loved the idea of an adjustable solution. Joe D. did a tremendous job showcasing all the mattress solutions available and worked closely with my sister to find the right bed for her. She was very pleased with her selection about testing out several mattresses and she was able to acquire an adjustable bed frame as well. Delivery was arranged for the upcoming Saturday and Joe D. shared there would be a call the night prior to alert us of delivery time. It all went off without a hitch and my sister has been sleeping on her new Mattress Firm bed without any issue. Better sleep for sure!! We want to thank Joe D for his engaged business manner, the ease in selecting a mattress and the fine delivery team who set up the bed for us. 5 stars for all!!
