However, when we got home and put the sectional together we realized the back wood frame on the corner piece was cracked. We immediately called the store. Lee said a new center would be shipped to the Duluth store within the week. We called him back to ask if it could just be delivered to our house since they would be passing our area( Mahtowa) and for us to go to the mall area of Duluth is a 50 mike drive one way. He wouldn't return our calls. We went to the Duluth store to pick up or center unit. Not only did we have to drive a total of 100 miles (50 one way) to get it.... We were charged $10. Not sure why. Ashley Furniture North Branch lost us as a customer today over a $99 delivery fee! We found an…read more"Ashley item" on a national website offering free delivery and setup. The Ashley Store apparently could not compete because "the item was a special order (6-8 weeks for delivery although their competition said the piece would be delivered by thanksgiving). The Ashley store employee then showed us another piece that was again offered at a cheaper price per the competitors website and was also offered with free delivery and setup. The "Ashley Store" then refused to match the competitors offer after telling us "they would match ANY online offer". Anyway, this is their loss, not ours. We have been a very good customer making multiple purchases from this store (including a kitchen set, living room set and a bedroom set) and now I guess we'll just buy from online retailers from now on. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY, Shop online before you make your decisions as there are better deals out there! We're NEVER GOING BACK GOING BACK TO ASHLEY or Furnituremart (note that they are the same company). UPDATE.... Ashley has now emailed us twice since the above review, telling us that we have items in our shopping cart and must act NOW to get the BEST deal! Sorry Ashley, you've already lost us!!!! Not only that, but you cannot use their Well Fargo zero interest to pay that deposit. Nope, you have to use a different credit card or cash/debit. What's the point of zero interest and financing if we can't even use the card? Nope, I'm paying off my previous zero interest loan and NEVER purchasing from them ever again.

I didn't fall in love with any of the sofas. Mostly every display was a sectional, and while traditional sofa and loveseat were available for most of the styles... there weren't and models on the floor. I found the person who initially helped me, and they shared that if I need a visual reference they could pull some up (online). Eventually I found 1 modular style, that I liked. DIdn't love, but would do. I saved it for my records, but didn't buy anything in the moment, because I was truly settling. Anyway, although I didn't find anything that I wanted to buy during this trip, I had a good browsing experience and customer assistance from Primus.

I'm glad it was. Bradley greeted us and welcomed us to Mattress Firm. After discusssing the personal aspects of the right features our son was looking for, Bradley could make several recommendations. After that, it was time to talk cost. With Labor Day comig up, all the stores were offering 'special' discounts. Bradley was able to put to together a package deal that was good. However, this was our first stop! We told him that and he said with confidence that we should go and look at other stores. Then we realized the how good the deal was that Bradley offered. Two hours later we returned to the Mattress Firm and bought the best deal offered, at a great price for a great product. Bradley explained the invoice, and the delivery process that we purchased.
