I was told, yes, I then asked could I get it by Friday, I was told yes. I drove all the way from Oxford. When I got there I entered the building and walked all the way to the other side of the store and NO ONE could be found. I walked back to the counter and was repeatedly yelling, Hello and still no one. I walked back to the other side of the store and there was a gentleman in an office. He came out as soon as he heard me saying Hello. He had to go to the back and got a girl. I told her why I was there she looked totally lost. The owner was a little confused as to why I was in the store and not in the embroidery store. So he told me where to go to get there. I got there and the girl was writing down my request and when I told her I needed it by Friday, she told me, "there is no way they can do it by then." I walked out totally frustrated and very disappointed in the NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, I received. I did call the store back and spoke with the owner and told him how disappointed I was and he offered for me to come back and he will make sure I get it by Friday. NO thank you, two horrible customer service experiences I will find someone else!! Word of mouth is the best power we as CUSTOMERS have, and this is not the first time for bad customer service at this store. But I went out of my way to be told NO. Make sure you get a name if you call.

PLAY BALL!! This is…read morea great store for athletic clothing and accessories because they have a great selection and the employees are the best! I can personally vouch for the quality of the items they sell and the fact that they hold up very well. This store recently became two stores: NFL gear at the main store across from Books A Million, and the college, women and youth store around the corner. I am so glad that they separated the two because each store has its own personality and it just created two more focused stores that also provide more space. This review focuses on the collegiate store. I love the quality hoodies that they have, because they are made of a nice heavyweight cotton, (70%) and are reasonably priced at two for $60. They have great tees for women, you can get them fitted with cap sleeves, some have bling and others are just your very comfortable jersey style with full sleeves. Don't forget to get your hats, mugs, mug covers and other merchandise. Great place to purchase gifts for your collegiate sports fan.

He told me that all the short sleeve shirts were 1 price, but the 1 choose the price was a mistake. I pulled 5 more t-shirts with the same price. The cashier then said I don't care what's on the those other shirts you are not going to pay that price. I asked for the manager he said we don't have 1. I asked for the owner he said I don't know where he is either. This Youngman's demeanor was awful, hateful and disgusting. I tried to reach out to the store manager with no success. I have no intentions of shopping here again. My son can order his sportswear online.

My six year old was ordered a size small and they gave him a medium which swallows him. Another little boy on our team ordered a size small and received a size xl! When we tried to address the company about this mistake on their part, they said the older boys took all the smaller sizes to make their jerseys fit tight (so they could look buffer I guess?). Needless to say, this isn't our problem and we paid a lot of money to play this sport and wear these jerseys. As far as equipment goes, football helmets there cost $140! I went to Sports Academy and found a very similar (same brand) helmet for $60. All in all, don't go to Titan if you don't want to get taken for your money and then not even be happy!
