I came in the other day with a hopeful exchange and was half expecting to be denied, as my 4 year old son had worn a pair of defective shoes for an entire day at the zoo before we found out that some plastic particle was wedged into the lining by the toe and I couldn't remove it. I had the receipt that they were only 2 weeks old, but acknowledged that there were already a few scuffs from little boy adventuring. The young man was as kind as could be and let me exchange the shoes without a problem. Thank you for taking care of your customers!

The one is located in the Mall of Georgia. From the Food court just go straight to the back past Taco Bell and Starbucks. It's next to the Abercrombie & Fitch store. I think Old Navy is a great value for children's clothing. They're relatively inexpensive and well made for what you pay for the items. Since kids out grown their stuff pretty quickly and can be tough on their clothes. I think Old Navy is a great options for parents and they're very budget friendly. My only complaint is I wish Old Navy had more t-shirts and sweatshirts that do not have their logo plastered all over them...but I guess it sells because its all over everything....oh well... 1092nd review 1/2/2018 12th for 2018

The shoes hurt my arches so much and I had to take them off after a brief wear at home on my carpet. But because I had worn them, they were not exchangeable. NOTHING IN THIS STORE IS RETURNABLE!! The worker boasted lifetime warranties but NEVER mentioned a word about being NONRETURNABLE! This was an expensive, crooked store. BEWARE!!

Podiatrists again recommended surgery (which I resisted having passed 55), and recently, after passing age 60, they started recommending over-the-counter "inserts". I totally exhausted every possible combination of inserts, including those at the drug store chains which once had the in-store "analyzers". My work often requires me to be on my feet 10-12 hours a day when I am on-site. It got to the point where I couldn't go down stairs and going up I had to pull myself up. I couldn't even do a treadmill stress test. I've spent a LOT of money on fixes, drugs, topicals, etc. ONE WEEK after my rather expensive visit to The Good Feet Store, my entire life on my feet had dramatically improved. I'm ~6 weeks in now, and my feet feel better than they have in DECADES. I'm now regularly at the gym, also 30min/day on treadmill, etc and feeling great! Why did I wait so long? I have no idea. This has been the best money I've spent on myself - ever! THANK YOU, Good Feet Store!

My podiatrist recommended that I check out this location for a specific shoe model. When I walked in, I was greeted by an energetic team and assisted by a gentleman named Geo. He asked me a few questions and suggested we scan my feet, followed by backup measurements for cross-reference. Based on the results, he recommended a few different shoes and brought them out for me to try. Wow! I've never felt in a shoe exactly what Geo described, but the difference from my old, basic shoes was undeniable. While this was the most I've ever spent on footwear, I ended up buying two pairs in different colors. If you're like me--sporting some gray hair and looking for ways to keep your feet happy--be sure to stop by and see Geo at the Mall of Georgia New Balance location. You won't regret it!
