I have to say, as a self-proclaimed cheapskate, I don't mind paying for great quality and excellent…read moreservice--and this New Balance store delivered on both. My podiatrist recommended that I check out this location for a specific shoe model. When I walked in, I was greeted by an energetic team and assisted by a gentleman named Geo. He asked me a few questions and suggested we scan my feet, followed by backup measurements for cross-reference. Based on the results, he recommended a few different shoes and brought them out for me to try. Wow! I've never felt in a shoe exactly what Geo described, but the difference from my old, basic shoes was undeniable. While this was the most I've ever spent on footwear, I ended up buying two pairs in different colors. If you're like me--sporting some gray hair and looking for ways to keep your feet happy--be sure to stop by and see Geo at the Mall of Georgia New Balance location. You won't regret it!

This place rocks. Out of nowhere, I started getting hip pain. Hurt so bad that it woke me up…read moreseveral nights. Was about to make a doctor's appt when someone asked me the last time I got new shoes (I generally wear running shoes every day or flip flops and only dress shoes for important stuff). Heard about New Balance and how they're now better than Nike in a lot of ways. Stopped into this store and they were great. Got me on the computer to analyze my step, recommended the shoes and the right insoles to keep my ankle from turning in. The lady spent a ton of time just helping me. It was great and the best part? Had these shoes two weeks and NO HIP PAIN! Bizarre! Thanks New Balance!

So if you really need shoes that are comfortable, good price, and do the job, this place truly is…read morethe best place to go. I've been going here for YEARS. It's great for people who need inexpensive shoes that are functional- oh and they have a great selection of running shoes and casual shoes. If you need something more professional, I recommend hitting up a Macy's or a more upper tier professhy kinda place. But for large families, on budget, or functional people, this place really can't be beat. Running shoes: I like their selection. I'm a weirdo though, I only buy shoes from the kids' selection size 5 b/c I think kids' sparkles, light up sneakers, Marvel shoes are way more exciting to work out in than some tame colors. Not saying the adult section has bad selection, bc they do! I just think the kids section is more fun. They will even order your size and ship to you for free if you really really want that light up sneaker. I couldn't find my size but you can try! Boots: Honestly, Shoe Carnival is the go to place for cute not expensive boots. They were having some 19.98$ sale today at noon. If you ain't someone about brand names then honestly these boots are cute enough and classy enough to wear everyday. Casual shoes: I think their flats are ok. Not the best for sole comfort, b/c the soles are kinda seedy and thin, but if you just need something to cover your feet, then this place has a range of cloth and rubber on your feet to qualify as a shoe to something with nice heel and wedge and decent arch support. Clearance rack: the gold rack to go and raid if you go at random times. I've seen cute boots, crazy heels, awesome running shoes, or nice flats for ridiculously good prices before. Service: MARK IS THE MAN. I've seen Mark work here for the last like 10 years He has an unmistakenable voice over the intercome and great salesman and professional skills. He always squeezes in a fun deal for anyone and is super fun. The young crew who staff in green shirts also keep this place truly feeling fun like a carnival.

Overpriced and awful selection of sizes / shoes. I bought my son 2x pairs of shoes here recently…read moreand they didn't even last him two months into school (he doesn't even play any sports!) Much better prices and selection and the local mall...
