The menu consisted of the regular you would expect from any BBQ place (a variety of meats, sandwiches, etc) but what makes them stand out are the more interesting dishes like Korean fusion dishes and stuff like that. I went with the basic half pound of brisket and slightly more adventurous brisket fried rice. The brisket was really good and juicy and paired well with the Pachuco's BBQ sauce, raw onions, and roasted chiles. The fried rice was really dry but still tasty. I will definitely visit again next time I find myself in Midland.
