Not one person greeted us, acknowledged us, or even bothered to ask what we needed. We stood there waiting and nobody made an effort to help us. If walk-ins are welcome, the bare minimum is to acknowledge your customers and communicate with them. Even if the salon was busy, a simple greeting would have been basic customer service. My mom and I ended up leaving without being helped. It's disappointing when a business makes no effort to make potential customers feel welcome. First impressions matter, and this one definitely made sure we won't be coming back.

I called the store, made an appt with Ana, and was able to get in in a very reasonable amount of time. I'm so glad I took a chance... I've found my new hairdresser. Ana is very skilled at her craft, and also patient and kind to boot. She listened and understood what I was looking for in my cut, even though I didn't have the stylist terms to explain it. She was able to deliver, and I am so happy with my new haircut. I booked my next appt with her before leaving the store.
