I went to 20/20 at the suggestion of Wal-Mart eye center because they did not have the ability to make custom prescription sun glass lenses to fit the pair of antique cat eye glasses I bought. (My regular optometrist could have but for an astronomical price). I took the frames and prescription to 20/20 late on a Friday evening and casually mentioned that I would like to have them back by Wednesday, if possible, as I was leaving for Florida on Thursday and would like to take them with me. The man I dealt with (unsure if doctor or lab tech) was very personable and pleasant to deal with. When Wednesday came, a lady called to let me know that my lenses had not yet came in but that they would be more than happy to put temporary prescription sun glass lenses in my frame so that I could use them in Florida and then put in the polycarbonate/polarized lenses when I got back. I was amazed and so happy that they would go out of their way to do this for me at no extra charge. Customer service like this is just hard to find these days. Did I mention that the price was 100.00 less than my regular optometrist? (now my ex-optometrist) 20/20 Vision now has a new customer for life!

She refused to help citing she can't prove that my anatomical differences in my eyes are why I get headaches and referred me to my PCP for EYE ISSUES. She was rude, smug, unconcerned, and I left crying out of frustration. 1 star, only bc I was forced to give it.

I had a visit last year for corneal ulcers due to poor contacts I received from a different doctors office, the doctors here were great! She also gave me samples to try, which was appreciated when you're on a budget! I've since been back to have a contact and vision appointment, and I've had no issues with any of the products they've given! Some of the prices are a bit higher but once again, you're getting a much better quality! Overall, the last few years I've been living in Indy and making the drive to Marion because that's how much I trust this company and the doctors and staff behind it.
